Who googles the latest Palmet Family reviews? Come here, I'll tell you everything : )

The hotel has potential, but everything is dirty, half-abandoned, the staff is not trained ...The real level is from about 2 * to 4 *, depending on the parameter

So let's go!

For starters - this hotel is not where it is indicated on the map, but even 700 meters further from the sea. Around fields, tractors, wild dogs, wastelands...

numbers
The hotel is declared as after renovation, in fact the renovation is in full swing, a lot of rooms are under renovation or in the mud after renovation.

We were settled in an unprepared room - a layer of dust on the floor, boogers on the bedspread, sand in the shower, an empty minibar ...The quality of the repair is 1 out of 10. This is really the level of 2 * or a guesthouse in India or the UAE. I'm too lazy to attach pictures, just take my word for it. The walls are painted in different shades, pipes on the ceiling, wires, skirting boards are somehow made, laminate flooring too, putty everywhere ...The light works only in the hall and the toilet.
And if you turn off the light in the toilet, then the light in the hall starts blinking))) The corridors are miserable
We demanded a family room - no repair quality, but the rest is cool. Large hall, there is a bunk bed, a balcony. Large bedroom. Large bathroom. Spacious and nice overall.

Food
The kitchen was highly praised - now there is nothing that was praised! No red fish, no lamb, etc. )))

Food at the level of cheap 4 *. For three days, there were only 1 time beef cutlets, 2 times turkey, the rest of the time only chicken. For one lunch there were stewed chicken backs and fried chicken backs for example. There seems to be a choice, but as usual in Turkey, there really isn’t anything to take : ) Something that doesn’t go well (such as egg salad or broccoli) can be sour. In terms of the quality of the food, I can’t say that everything is tasteless, just average ..
We came here after serving in an average 4 * in Alanya, we thought we were going to a gastronomic holiday, but in the end everything is worse here both in choice and in taste.

There is a snack bar with fast food, it's delicious there. Great burgers, great fries, onion rings, bolognese. But if something is over ahead of time, they won’t put in a new one.

Beverages
In terms of drinks, in principle, everything is fine, this is the strength of the hotel. In each bar there are coffee machines where variants + cocoa are made on the basis of instant coffee. Powdered "juices" are the tastiest in Turkey and Egypt that I have tried. Beer is okay. White wine is delicious, rosé is ink, red is not sure if there is, until I tried it. Delicious soda. They make cocktails in the lobby bar, they can even make mojitos, but since the staff is not trained, do not expect a taste like in a bar. There is sparkling wine! All alcohol is served in glass. Everywhere cold water in 0.5 bottles without restrictions.

In the prepared room, in addition to water, there were juice bags and bottled soda, though to replenish you have to go and ask at the reception)

Dirty and stupidity
this is the main problem of the hotel. It seems that there are workers, but they do everything anyhow. The man seems to have wiped the table - and it has become dirtier than it was : ) The staff wanders around in anything, no uniform, everyone seems to be trying, but it’s of little use ...In our building on the steps on the first floor, for the second day, there is a plate of food ...The appliances are dirty, the tables are dirty, there are pieces of food and crumbs everywhere. It is removed but very slowly. Well, the Turkish cattle turns on the heat of course

None of the ordinary employees speaks English and Russian!
Only the aunt from the guest relation speaks (thank you very much) and one aunt at the reception. The rest sometimes can’t even understand that they are asked for cola or not cola, etc. : )
Everything is not on schedule. And since no one understands you, it’s difficult to find out anything) Tea bags, that is, not.
Bus to the beach, that is, no. Snack bar that is, it is not. Ice cream is or isn't. By the way, the ice cream is top!
There seems to be a gym, but let’s say there isn’t a single dumbbell there . . Maybe I’ll add a photo later, you’ll laugh : )

Beach
Beach norms, sunbeds under a canopy, bar and snack bar. Small pebbles, almost sand. The entrance is smooth, there are no stones and slabs. Walk to the beach at least 15 minutes. From the room to the water, I got 18 minutes at a leisurely pace. The bus runs either every half an hour or every hour. The beach section is the last one to the city beach, so in the morning and in the evening the locals chill on sunbeds.

Animation
Well, I wouldn't call it that loud. Two dead girls go about their business and a more cheerful boy, they play darts 2 times a day. Then at 9 pm a children's disco and at 10 an adult. There is a mini club, children were sitting there, apparently it is open. 3 basses, one with slides

Location
as I wrote above, the hotel is not where it is indicated on the maps.

There is nothing nearby, the nearest 10-minute walk there is a market with arbitrary prices from the owner, a taxi rank. Other than that, only hotels and wastelands
But in 20 minutes it’s already more fun - a big migration, fresh juices, money exchange, SIM cards, rent at more reasonable prices.
30-40 minutes walk Neva outlet, there is a brand stock with original things.

Total, I do not advise the hotel, I do not advise the location. If you want to Antalya - go to Antalya, this is not Antalya but a hole in the middle of the fields.
The hotel is about nothing, given the location and distance to the beach, it makes sense to go only if it's very cheap, but it's not...The contingent is 90% Turks, a few Russian speakers, Germans, Arabs, etc. Hide
