They settled without problems (they gave the keys and told where to go), but the room was dirty at the time of check-in, a layer of dust, as if they had not cleaned it for 2 months for sure. They asked to remove it, removed it, but the result did not change much. In room C505, the wallpaper is torn, the bed has holes in it. But the most important thing for me was food, we were traveling with three children. The voucher was all inclusive, but the children were constantly hungry, because, for example, for lunch they served tomato with cheese, baked potatoes (in a village-style peel), empty rice, empty vermicelli, sometimes something like breaded cutlets appeared (meat and didn’t smell) and a few salads (zucchini not eaten from breakfast, poured over with some kind of sauce or mushrooms with some kind of sauce). Apart from melons, watermelons and winter apples in September there was nothing of fruit. And all this was given out by the cooks through the glass as if you were robbing their house.
