We rested together with my sister at the Lara Beach Hotel in May 2010. Tour operator "Anex-tour". I must say right away that we have not had a worse holiday, although we have not been in Turkey for the first time. We arrived in the afternoon. Our transfer guide was Olga, with whom we drove to the hotel. They let us off the bus, wished us a good rest (this is probably the humor of the Anex Tour guides), we went to the reception and there we already found out that they had brought us to a completely different hotel called Baia Hotel Lara. Guide Olga, accordingly, did not say a word to us that we were not brought to our hotel, and very quickly disappeared. Apparently, this is in the order of things for the Anex Tour. Then we sorted things out for a long time at the reception of the Baia Hotel Lara, where we were supposed to spend two days (everything was decided without us!!! ). Of course, we categorically refused. They called us a taxi and for our own money (!!! ) we drove to the Lara Beach Hotel. Then everything went on-increasing. At the Lara Beach Hotel, it turned out that the double standard room (Double room), which we had indicated in the voucher, is a small room with one double bed and a small sofa. The windows of the room overlook the construction site and the unloading and sorting point of the hotel. It was not possible to sleep in the room either at night or during the day, the noise exceeded all possible limits, and what comfort can we talk about if you have ONE (!!! ) blanket for two. We did not manage to resolve the issue of moving to another room directly with the reception (we were offered to pay extra for a room with two beds, which, by definition, is indicated in our voucher, 15 Euros per person per day). In addition, we were rudely spoken to at the reception and did not even take the slightest steps to create comfortable conditions for our holiday. None of the hotel staff even made an attempt to apologize for the inconvenience caused. This is no longer in any gate does not climb! In the future, we did not directly communicate with the reception staff, but delegated this work to the Anex Tour Tour Operator. “Anex-tour” was completely helpless and incompetent in solving our issue, and most of the time it seemed that they simply DID NOT CARE!! ! Although the Tour Operator should be primarily interested in maintaining its good name and providing quality services. The work of the guides is completely uncoordinated: we had to communicate each time with a new guide (one of the representatives of the "Annex Tour" is called Ilona) and each incoming guide was completely unaware of our situation. The only thing they could offer us was to write a statement (!!! ). And time goes by, we all also "sleep" on the same bed, all the same terrible noise. And still not a single apology (at least !!! ) from the employees of the “Anex-tour”. All this chaos continued until the end of our holiday. As a result, we were not even given information about our return flight and transfer from the hotel. . Dear tourists, we do not advise you to rest with the tour operator "Anex-tour", the employees of this tour operator do not protect the interests of tourists at all, and in case of any problems with the hotel, they are not able to provide the necessary assistance and ensure your comfortable stay!
