I rested at Melas Lara with my son from July 14 to 21. The overall rating of our holiday is excellent! Now a little more.
We were met at the airport by a very friendly guide. I was immediately escorted to the minibus. We waited for another family, and went to the hotel. The road took 15-20 minutes. The minibus is naturally air conditioned. The driver is very careful. The guide briefly told all the essentials without overloading with information. Arriving at the hotel, they immediately picked up my suitcase and escorted me to the reception. Very friendly Turks at the counter immediately settled us. They even filled out all the necessary paperwork for me under my dictation. The corridor-suitcase young man showed us to the room. Smiling in a friendly way, he showed me and told everything: how to regulate the air conditioner, how to turn on the jacuzzi, and where the refrigerator is with cold beer (hilt), mineral water (2 types with and without gas), cola and fanta. Having spent 5 minutes on us, I honestly earned my 1 euro.
In the bathroom - 2 bottles of shampoo and 2 bottles of shower gel, 2 small bars of soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper, napkins. All this was replenished daily. I never had to ask to bring a towel, shampoo, paper or soap... Room cleaning - daily.

About the kitchen and the restaurant. The food is excellent. Snow-white tablecloths and napkins, a wide choice of dishes and places (several rooms with and without air conditioning, + tables outside, almost by the pool, very convenient for smokers). Drinks are served by waiters. Very polite, caring and fast. Freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning. Huge selection of cakes and pastries. Everything is very tasty. From fruits - sweet-sweet watermelons, cherries, apricots, peaches, grapes, melons. It is not necessary to dine in the main restaurant, you can also eat near the pool. There is a small selection of dishes: pizza, chicken skewers, steaks, french fries, rice, spaghetti... but everything is cooked in front of you.
About entertainment. In the morning - children's mini club. At 10-00 all children are invited to take part in various games and fun. An hour and a half - the children are busy with games, contests, etc. Adults also have something to do. Water aerobics, games and competitions in the pool, water polo, darts under the guidance of a cheerful animator Mustafa. After lunch, a children's mini-club operates in a special children's room. With toys, tables for classes. Aquamakeup - free of charge... In the evening on the stage - a mini-disco for children. Attentive Russian girls animators taught children of all nationalities to dance. My son really liked the animator Olga. I would like to thank her again for the fun games, for the dances that she taught my son and that he dances at home remembering the rest (it's a pity there is no CD with that music at home). After the dances, the presentation of nominal diplomas to children. All the parents at this time settled down at the tables opposite the stage and watched, drinking cocktails brought by nimble waiters. Personally, I had no problems waiting. Nobody ignored me. Everything was delivered almost immediately. After the mini-disco, a half-hour break and a program for adults. Competitions, live music…every evening everything is different. After the program, you can go to the disco. From 23:00 to 2:00. The music is modern, there are not very many people, but those who came to the disco came to dance and have fun. So the atmosphere is amazing! Lobby bar is open round the clock. Friendly waiters are happy to bring drinks to the tables. By the way, about the staff, the staff is polite, smiling, the face of any hotel employee radiated hospitality and a desire to please.
About the territory. The territory is small. The main part is still, after all, the pool. It is large with an island in the middle. There is a department with bubbling water, such as a jacuzzi. Separate swimming pool with three slides. There is also a separate children's pool with a depth of 35 cm.
The distance to the sea is about 250m. The beach is sand. Constantly someone walks cleans up all sorts of papers and garbage. So everything is pretty clean. Volleyball court on the beach. Umbrellas, sun loungers, mattresses, a changing room, a shower, a toilet, a bar… In short, there is everything you need to relax on the beach.

Vacationers at the hotel, as it seemed to me, are about 50% Russians, then Germans, Serbs come, there are even Turks, which speaks of the quality of the hotel and its rating among the "natives". Mostly with kids. The average age of adults is 25-40 years, children 3-12. But there were also very small ones.
To be very picky, I can say what was missing. A small park with paths and greenery, a children's bathrobe in the room, a playground with swings and children's houses near the pools, for me personally - a mojito (they don't make it yet). But, I think that when I return to Melas after some time, I will see all this, as the staff are clearly trying to make the hotel a real five-star holiday destination.
I'm trying to remember what I didn't like... nothing comes to mind. In the hope that the hotel staff will read my review, I want to thank them for the vacation they gave me. For a huge amount of positive emotions brought with them to Moscow.
