The hotel is not 5 star. Were in other countries and saw 5-star hotels. Jordan had 4 star rooms and were much cleaner and nicer service.
The mini-bar didn’t work in the room, there wasn’t even a wire to the electrician at all, the safe didn’t work either, water didn’t run out of the bathroom, taps and other plumbing were in a terrible state, the divider in the shower sprayed water anywhere, but not on you, to wash it was just not realistic. The room was cleaned from the fifth to the tenth. Towels were only for the body, there was no talk of towels either for the face or for the bidet. The towels were shabby with torn edges.
Of the detergents, there was only shampoo, and that was given out in a bottle, no more, and a small bar of soap. There was no talk of any body cream or hair conditioner at all.

When asked to clean the room, there was a terrible reaction, at the end of a skirmish with the maid, who changed only the pillowcase and sheet for cover and a couple of towels. She threw a vacuum cleaner under the room, which lay under her feet for a day. The mini bar was also changed with a scandal after 2 days. Drinking hot water in 30 degree heat was simply not possible.
The food for a sophisticated person was not very good. In the month of August, choking on canned peaches and apricots is simply absurd. In addition to watermelon and melon, there was not much fruit.

The sea was far away, although we were not interested in it, since we ourselves are from a sea city.
What was ok, this is a walking road to the center, a tram that runs every half hour to the city and you could just walk.
What was good was the presence of a large number of pools, a jacuzzi, a sauna and a Turkish bath. The territory is huge and beautiful.
For the money, the service was just terrible.
In Israel, our hotels are much nicer and the service is better.
