We booked this hotel in advance through Agoda and were really looking forward to the trip, as we were traveling with the whole family, including a small baby. Unfortunately, the reality turned out to be completely different compared to the photos and description on the website.

When we arrived, the first impression of the room was extremely unpleasant. There was practically no cleaning, the furniture was old and very worn out, the bed linen looked stale, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. The bathroom also left much to be desired - the plumbing was old, there were traces of mold and dampness on the walls. Being in such conditions with children, especially with a baby, was not only uncomfortable, but also unsafe.

For this reason, we decided not to check in at all. We immediately contacted the manager and later filed a complaint through Agoda, explaining in detail that the accommodation conditions were absolutely unacceptable for a family with children. Unfortunately, despite all our arguments, the hotel refused to refund the money for the unused reservation. This caused even more disappointment, because we trusted the information on the website and expected at least minimal support and understanding.

Overall, the experience was extremely negative. The hotel does not match the description, the service leaves much to be desired, and the refusal to refund the money completely ruined the impression. I think it is important to warn other travelers, especially those planning a trip with children: the photos and description may not reflect reality.

I strongly do not recommend this hotel for families with children. The living conditions are unsafe and inconvenient, and the attitude towards guests is completely formal and indifferent. This was one of the most unsuccessful booking experiences, and, unfortunately, it ruined part of our vacation.
