The staff is well trained, helpful and polite. The interior of the hotel is super (many wrote that there was a lot of gold, it didn’t seem so to us), everything is tasteful and in style. great pool, wonderful laser show of fountains and performances in the amphitheater, live music.
Among the shortcomings, I want to note not very well-prepared cocktails in the lobby and the bartender with a constantly dissatisfied face, unlike the bartenders on the beach and pool. Too inconspicuous work of animators (although children's animation is on top). And the work of a hotel guide from Teztour, who for some reason sent me to sign up for a gondola ride and said that it was paid))
It seemed that she didn’t need anything else besides her stay at this hotel and, accordingly, good dinners. and her address to the guests as "darling" and "dear" is too much. In general, the hotel corresponds to its price. Recommend for families relaxing holidays and holidays with children. It will be boring for young people (the hotel is not a party hotel)
