Good afternoon, we have been resting at the hotel since June 14, I would like to warn vacationers from an inadequate animator!
On June 18 at 19:05, the whole family went to the main restaurant for dinner (dinner starts at 19:00), the restaurant was already open and there were other guests, when I started to put food, an animator with long gray hair ran up to me (photo in the application) and hit, pointing to the clock. He spoke exclusively Turkish. Then he turned around and left. Why is the animator who is responsible for entertaining the guests, and what is the worst of all, the children, behaving in this way in a restaurant, not knowing a single word of politeness in any language other than Turkish.
