The host side ignored the tourists.
I am writing from the Puding Marina hotel, ANatalia, Turkey, Old Town.
Arrived in Antalya on 03.09. 21. Hotel in the old town. We got off the plane, the host #TUI (by voucher). We went to the reception desk and showed the voucher. We were sent to the bus stop... our voucher was without a bus number... again they found a manager (he spoke Russian). He put us in a taxi (issued a separate voucher to the taxi driver) and sent us to the hotel.
This is the end of the host.
At the moment (07.09. 21) we are in the hotel. The faucet in the bathroom is leaking. At the reception they told about this problem as soon as they settled, but so far no one has fixed it, although they have repeatedly left a complaint... There was already an insured event (it was also decided by ourselves). We also faced extortion from the Turks:
We rented a yacht with a captain. We clarified the conditions in advance (we take our own alcohol, the captain and the cabin boy prepare food, water is free). We took a bottle of dry wine and 2 cans of beer with us (the tour was booked for 6 hours for two). Everything was fine, but upon arrival at the port, a manager came to us, who wrote us a check for the tour and began to demand $ 40 money for the fact that we did not buy alcohol for the tour in his store. My husband and I immediately demanded to call the police (do not hesitate to do this). This character immediately ran away.
Today (07.09. 21) the representative of the host only called today for the first time and tried to get vouchers and itinerary receipts via WhatsApp. For which she was culturally sent with a demand to come personally to fulfill the terms of the contract for the tour. I remind you - the receiving party is -TUI.
In general, we are not pretentious tourists who have traveled around the world (23 countries), but we require a clear fulfillment of the conditions for which it was paid.
In general: the sea in Antalya is - as always - clean, well salted and warm).
The food is of different quality (after all, the place is touristic), we managed to find a Turkish restaurant in the old town with authentic food and great prices).
For shopping, it is better to go to the Terra City shopping center, a good shopping center.
