We chose this hotel on the strong recommendation of the travel agency, as well as on the numerous enthusiastic reviews of the guests. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied. The hotel does not correspond to the declared 5-stars. The interior is very outdated, shabby luxury and more like a museum. Small rooms are overloaded with massive decorations and bulky furniture. In addition, the food does not correspond at all to a 5 star hotel. They mostly cooked meat, rarely fish (only 2 varieties). A huge variety of desserts turned out to taste the same, in general, from the same dough. Juices/drinks from vending machines cannot be called juices at all, some kind of sour sweet water that is impossible to drink. But the most negative was food poisoning. We were 3 guests, and two of us got poisoned. Moreover, the poisoning was severe, which had to call an ambulance.
At the request to compensate us financially for the damage caused to our health, the hotel administration refused and offered only a separate menu.
