Review of the rest at the Kervansaray Kundu Otel – 5 * (Turkey, Antalya)

Then a person came to the room to take readings from the electronic lock of the room with a special scanner in order to check who opened our room and when. And all this despite the fact that we were absent from the room for about 1.5 hours, the entrance to the room is located on the site where the elevators are located, that is, practically in front of people, all corridors are crammed with video surveillance cameras. That is, pulling out the safe (!!! ) so that no one sees it is almost impossible.
We demanded to call the general manager of the hotel and notify him about the theft of the safe.
All the hotel employees present unanimously assured us that this case was the first time in the hotel, there had not been such cases before, etc. Although, over time, I found many descriptions of cases of theft in this hotel on the Internet.

After that, we went to the gendarmerie, located somewhere on the outskirts of Antalya, in a hotel car, together with an interpreter and an employee from the hotel security service, as it took a long time to get there and drove through all the agricultural environs of the city.

Taking the protocol from the gendarmerie and photocopies of passports, we went to the consulate in the hotel car, though without an interpreter. At the consulate we had to wait a VERY long time until we were received by a specialist. We filled out applications for issuing permits to cross the border, they didn’t take pictures of us, but advised us to do it somewhere in the city (and this without a single lira, sorry, a penny in your pocket). While waiting for permission, we met a married couple from Russia, who were robbed in another hotel in Antalya, with a similar situation (although the safe was not pulled out of the room, but simply opened).
As a result, we, exhausted by the hassle, emotions, heat, tired child, returned to the hotel in our room.

The next day, I nevertheless managed to get a meeting with the general manager of the hotel (Mr. Mustafa Mezgitci) and, through an interpreter, tried to find out how the hotel management, in his person, would resolve the situation with compensation for the material damage caused to us. In response, I heard vague explanations that the police were investigating the case, CCTV cameras recorded some group of three people who were allegedly professional thieves from Israel and entered the hotel stuffed with security, alarms and video cameras through a closed service entrance through the service ladder , photos of alleged thieves were sent to the Antalya airport and they were immediately detained, etc. , etc.
And as soon as all this happens, we will immediately be compensated for all losses, even though we are leaving for Russia in a few days. With the hope of this, we spent the rest of our tour without a penny of money.

She promised to let her management know what had happened so that they would somehow influence the management of the hotel. On the evening before departure, she came to the hotel and suggested that we use the legal "support" of the firm.
