We arrived on May 13 on my birthday, the plane arrived at 9 am, and settled in the room only at 12.30, of course, it was not very pleasant, they offered money, but the staff refused, which was surprising since many friends had heard about the miraculous power of green bills , while we were waiting for check-in, we were offered a bite to eat in a restaurant, to be honest, we were very tired of the flight and everything that happened did not make any vivid impressions on us, after checking in, exhausted, we collapsed to sleep, an hour later they brought a plate of fruit (a birthday present) they apologized for not congratulating us right away I admit it was nice. The room - I personally liked it, maybe I have nothing to compare with, of course, but it was everything that was expected, a large bed for adults, and an extra bed for a child, an air conditioner that is very conveniently placed, the child slept on a separate bed and when the air conditioner was turned on, cool air blew only towards the large bed, we were calm that the child would not blow. The view from the window is NOT on the sea, but on the main entrance of the hotel, opposite the road, but to be honest, they did not regret it, as many complained that the room overlooking the sea was not very comfortable, firstly, the sunny side, the room was very hot and the air conditioner did not save, in the second night shows and our and nearby hotels were too noisy and I wanted silence (and in our room there is silence, the road is absolutely lifeless in the evening). Pools - there are pluses and minuses, I liked the fact that the pools are very different - in depth, there are both children and adults, the last pool is shallow for children, where waves are turned on in the evening, and children and adults swim in it with great pleasure. But the minus - when it was cold (2 days) we went to the Turkish bath and sauna and there, according to the price list, there should have been a heated pool and a jacuzzi with t-27-29. . . (the pool was not heated) Service - when choosing a hotel, they read a lot of reviews, all Russians write that I serve Europeans better, Germans are a priority in this regard, yes it is, my husband went to the bar for beer, there was a German in front of him, the bartender poured a glass of beer for the German as expected, and gave my husband a glass where he poured the foam, but after the evil expression on my husband's face, the bartender corrected himself. Yes, it’s not pleasant, but later I understood why there was such an attitude towards the Russian people, when we drove in there were very few Russians, mostly Germans, but as soon as ours arrived.... on the beach, only Russian profanity was heard in raised tones, in the dining room as well. . . what can I say - it’s their own fault that they proved themselves this way, nothing was ever heard from the Germans, they quietly got drunk and slept, perhaps that’s why such an attitude. The food is varied, meat, fish, vegetables, salads, everyone found what they liked, the child too, my husband liked not only grilled meat dishes, but everything else, but I could not resist the abundance of sweets. . . (willpower could not win) during the rest, no one experienced discomfort (I mean the freshness of the products) everything was fresh, a lot of fish in any form (grilled or steamed or in sauce) there were often strawberries, mostly apples oranges. I was very upset that the word juice in the hotel was called 3 packs of Jupi diluted in a glass of water, it’s not possible to drink it, my daughter drank either tea or water, this was the biggest disappointment, but the bar in the room was replenished daily with 200 ml juice in a box of coca cola water without gas and with gas, how they managed. Beer in the main restaurant as well as drinks Sprite and cola were far from the best quality, apparently diluted, but in the bars on the beach everything was great, according to my husband - where there is a lot of food, bad booze, where there are few snacks there do not dilute the booze. Animation - the animators walked along the beach every day and offered to play darts, mini golf, they didn’t differ in particular variety, the children were collected in the daytime by a sweet girl who sat at the table and fed, for my daughter it was interesting and she ate with pleasure what the girl offered (with she ate badly with us) in the evening, the same girl gathered children for a mini disco, children of different ages danced and had fun with pleasure. After children's dances, entertainment for adults, animation scenes, performances by artists are just super, always different and interesting, then there is a disco, live music for those who do not want to sleep, in general, they were satisfied with such a holiday, the room was cleaned every day, bedding and towels were changed every day (except for the foot towel, it was changed only after 4 days) there were no bathrobes (we didn’t need them) we were satisfied with the rest, the staff was friendly, almost everyone understood Russian, there were a lot of impressions and mostly only positive ones.
