I will leave a review in the form of excerpts from my claim to TOV "TEZ TOUR".
So. . .
Upon arrival at the CLUB HOTEL DELFIN, I realized that, to put it mildly, I was deceived. My wife and I were placed in a triple room. When I entered the room, I saw that the air conditioner was broken, the minibar was dirty and “smelled”, the balcony “left” onto the roof of the main building on which there were pink underpants that had lain there until my departure. The biggest surprise was what I saw in the bathroom. Opening the bathroom door, I saw the sink and shower doors. Opening the shower door, I saw a TOILET!! ! And I realized that the toilet (bathroom) is in the shower! How can this even be?? ? Seeing all of the above, I was forced to turn to the reception with a request to change the room, to which I heard in response that there were no available rooms!

The next day I went out for breakfast and saw a line as from a Soviet canteen, because more or less normal food was given out by the piece to each vacationer by the cook! The dining room was located near the pool and was located between the four columns that held the rooms on the second floor. When dinner began, there was water from the pool on the floor in the dining room. The assortment of the dining room was not very good - but it sometimes changed: two types of sausage, cut on a dish under an oilcloth, three types of salad (greens) on four dishes, fish in batter (it was given out by the cook), soy sausages (terrible in appearance), etc. . d. Watermelon (in pieces) was also given out by the piece to each vacationer !! ! We dined at the tables that were near the so-called bar! And so is the bar!! ! The tabletop, on which there was a box for a tip, then there was a basket in which there were sugar pieces, on which ants climbed, then a basket with spoons for coffee and tea (the spoons were dirty) and a lot of coasters for beer. Immediately behind the tabletop there was a continuation of the table, on which there were many glass glasses of various sizes (about 4-5 types). Further there were refrigerators in which alcoholic drinks were cooled - vodka, wine and even CHAMPAGNE!! ! Whatever I asked the bartender to pour a drink - he poured ONLY into a plastic disposable glass !! ! And the maximum that could be drunk was vodka and RAKI!! ! To the request to pour into the glass - he answered: NO !! ! PATRON!! ! Which meant (as it turned out later) - the owner of the hotel forbids pouring into glass !! ! Even near the countertops there were devices from which you can pour tea, coffee and juice! Tea and coffee - in principle, not bad! But here's the juice! It's not juice! This is Yupi diluted with water (UPI is an extract of drinks that were common in the 1990s). Jupi was offered in four flavors (if you can even call it a flavor! ). The bar is open from 10.00 to 21.30. Alcohol is poured from 10.30 o'clock and only in plastic disposable cups! And no one wants to listen to you - because "PATRON !!! " They don’t give more than two glasses in their hands and they don’t give a damn that there are 7 of us in the company, because “PATRON !!! ”
And so the owner of the hotel! Elderly grandfather, about 80 years old! He is constantly on the territory of the hotel and always monitors everything! He can sit at the reception, near the bar or just on the street! At the reception, he sits in an armchair, spreading his legs on the TABLE! For all the time of my stay I saw him in the same clothes!!!
Near the reception there is another bar - but that's just it does not work! As the restaurant, which is also located near the reception, does not work! Sitting in the lobby, near the reception with drinks is prohibited! The bath towels given out at the reception are wet and frayed! It can be seen that they were left overnight to dry on their own, but they did not dry out.
Gym! It doesn't exist at all!! ! There is a room, and disassembled simulators are lying in the corner (for the back, for the legs, for the triceps, etc. ). There is a broken exercise bike in the middle of the hall! A pair of "crumbled" dumbbells are lying near the column! There is a simulator with a barbell for the bench press against the wall (the seat on which you need to lay down is torn off and looks at the design)

Beach! The descent to the beach is very tiring! It is practically not equipped with handrails (somewhere there is, where not). The platform on which the sun loungers are located is dirty (cigarette butts, beer bottles, seeds). Nobody cleans it up. The platform bar is abandoned! It's more like a trash can. And it also functions as a toilet - while no one sees! The coating on the platform is damaged in places. The boards on which the coating is stuffed stagger, rise under the pressure of the human body! It's scary to even walk. The descent into the sea is a metal staircase, which is welded from corners and pipes. The corners and pipes that are under water have become sharp as a blade over time. I saw with my own eyes how a woman slipped on this ladder and cut her leg! And in general, such a case is not an isolated one! The pipe, which served as a handrail, fell off on the third day of my stay and fell into the sea. In this regard, the descent into the sea was limited, since not everyone could go down. There are no changing rooms. The shower on the platform is not protected by anything. There are some pieces of plastic underfoot. Often the showers on the platform would turn off, forcing you to climb those awful steps several times a day to ask for the water to be turned on! People also hurt their feet with protruding nails! There are very few sun loungers on the platform - about 10 pcs. There wasn't enough for everyone. And all the sun loungers are BROKEN. I had to put stools under the back to hold it!
On 06/30/2011, the hotel staff began to prepare for a Turkish wedding on the territory of the hotel. They prepared for three days - they arranged tables, chairs, decorations, etc. Because of this, the staff could not fully serve the guests in the bar and in the dining room! During this period, the rooms were not cleaned at all - they did not even change the towels! 07/02/2011 - wedding day. At about 19.00, vacationers began to be kicked out of the pool and from the sun loungers that are near the pool. Then the sun loungers were generally removed and tables were put in their places for guests invited to the wedding. A red carpet was laid across almost the entire territory of the hotel. Flowers, some badges were delivered across the territory, thereby blocking the passage to the sea on the platform. For some reason, before the arrival of the young, wedding guests were served in the hotel bar. They gave them whatever they wanted! And poured into GLASS!
The hotel staff does not speak Russian, even English (except for one single person from the reception). Therefore, it is impossible to talk to them, it is impossible to explain anything!! ! Also, the bus drivers who take tourists from excursions to the hotel do not speak either Russian or English. The driver drove me and my wife around the area for 40 minutes until they brought me to the hotel (even I already knew the way to the hotel) - because he brought the tour guide from the beginning, and then us!
