For me, the main criterion is the effort to make the guest comfortable living conditions. And the staff of this hotel tries very hard to do it. But in general: the hotel is pleasant, the staff is well-trained, the room is not killed, the bathroom is not tortured by time, there is a lot of food (and you can always find something to feed the child), there are many pools, even squeezed two slides)) in general, the impression is excellent.
