We rested from October 4 to October 11.2015, 2 adults and 3 children (5.9 and 10 years old), just returned. I decided to immediately write a review, since I myself need them when choosing a hotel.
And so let's start in order, I immediately notice we have been flying abroad for 10 years, every year or even 2 times, that is, there is something to compare with. We got to the hotel in 20 minutes. on the way they stopped only in the neighboring Kremlin. At 8 in the morning we were already at the hotel, initially we ordered two standard rooms, asked if possible for rooms nearby, we were asked if we would like to take a 2-storey family room, we agreed, we were offered to go to have breakfast and then come up, at 9 in the morning we were already in room, after reading the reviews about the terrible rooms, we were pleasantly surprised, maybe we were lucky, or maybe a lot of rooms have already been renovated, we got a great room, everything is clean, the beds and towels are snow-white on the carpet floor, the floor was washed in the bathroom and on the balcony, I walked barefoot remained clean. Within 20 minutes they brought another bed and bathrobes. They didn’t pay money for the room, they gave only 1 dollar to the porter who brought our bags into the room. There is a kettle, cups, glasses, coffee, tea, dry cream in the room. There are 2 beers in the bar , 2 cola, 2 juice, mineral water, and a large bottle of ordinary water, everything is on the second floor in the bar, everything was replenished for free every day. On the second floor there was also a toilet and shower, but there was no balcony, which was good for us , children were settled there and in the bathroom shampoo, balm, body lotion, ear sticks, cotton pads, nail file and shower cap. The only negative was that the cleaning lady did not deliver hair balm and body lotion until you warned her day to remind her for hair conditioner. Safe is free, you need to take the key at the reception.
In the booklet that you will be given with cards for towels and rooms, there is detailed information about the opening hours of the bars, as well as a detailed map of both hotels. Who does not know in the Kremlin, you can use everything except the rooms))

The weather - the sea is warm 29 degrees, the air temperature is 28-30 degrees, one day after lunch it started to rain, but it’s hard to call it rain, like a blind man. it’s cool in a T-shirt. For three days before leaving, the sea stormed in the afternoon, but not so much, we jumped on the waves with pleasure with the children.
Cleaning was every day, towels and beds were also changed every day, I’m not sure about the sheets, but the pillowcases were changed daily. We didn’t climb under the beds and behind the bedside tables to look for dust, but the carpet was vacuumed, on the balcony and in the bathroom every floor the day was washed, it was noticeable as after the waves a little sand and pebbles poured out of the swimsuits.
The food is excellent, everyone will find food to their taste, a wide variety of fruits (apples, figs, bananas, melons, peaches, pears, nectarines, two types of grapes) there were also raisins, dried apricots, olives, olives, cherry tomatoes mmmmm. very tasty, grilled meat, fish, vegetables, very tasty grilled turkey. Baklava is something, especially the one that is round with nuts. Once there were even cabbage rolls, tobacco chicken on a spit. I wonder what you cook at home and how often you have a variety in nutrition.
A very good children's table, there are small tables with chairs, there is a microwave, dry cereals, a very tasty chicken soup, we ate it with pleasure with the children, vermicelli, rice, mashed potatoes, chicken, nuggets, cracker cookies, yogurt plants. There were a lot guests with babies, with us, a couple for Manusik was asked to boil certain vegetables, all this was done without problems. There are strollers for rent, but it’s expensive for me, it’s better to take it with you, they specifically found out the cost for 10 days 70 dollars - for that kind of money you can buy a new stroller )))
WI-FI is free only at the reception, it seems like the fish restaurant was still shining out of range, but we did not check it. In the rooms, the Internet costs 7 euros per day.
Regarding Ultra, imported drinks are poured free of charge after 21-00 in the bar above the reception and in the pool bar (martini, baileys, mojito, cognac, etc. )

Near the sea there is a tent where grandmothers bake cakes, it’s worth a try once, but don’t give spicy children, many praised them, we don’t really, they still cook like dumplings, they are rare, I don’t advise. ))
There is also a bar on the other side, in the evening it is a fish restaurant, once a week you can go there for free, you need to sign up at 8-30 in the morning at the reception. did not like the smell of mud.
Another free restaurant is Turkish (Sultan), located on the road to the sea right after the pool on the right side. I advise you to order a closed kebab there.
Near the relax pool there is a sweet bar, open from 14-00 to 17-00, there is also free ice cream (delicious).
The observation tower near the reception, offers a beautiful view of the entire hotel, delicious coffee is brewed.
