Were with my daughter 6 years old in Topkapi from June 26 to July 9.2010. We went through the Anex tour. When taking off, the plane was delayed for 2 hours, if it had been during the day, we would not have felt it, but at night it was hard with the child. We arrived at the hotel around 6 am, of course we were told that the rooms would be available only at 12 o'clock, but as soon as I paid, the room immediately appeared.
The hotel is beautiful, a lot of varied greenery, large pools (I especially liked the pool with an artificial wave), good slides, beautiful and lush vegetation, but everything is far from each other. We lived in building 4, the windows overlooked the palace of sweets, so it took 8-10 minutes to walk to the beach, that is, you can’t run from the beach to your room.
The beach is large, sandy, but the entrance to the sea is pebbly, the bottom is better on the right. The beach bar is very far away, not at all on the beach, there is also a toilet. On the beach there is a children's playground under an awning and outdoor exercise equipment. There is a big pier. There were always enough sunbeds on the beach, but the children's pool had to be taken in the morning until 9 o'clock.

There are no bridges across the pools, you need to go to the other side of the pool, then you need to completely bypass it, and this is not close.
The food is good, there are a lot of fruits (apples, oranges, plums, bananas, cherries, 2 types of apricots, figs, watermelon, melon), all fruits are of good quality, though not very well washed (fruits on the terrace). Meat and fish were also cooked on the terrace on the grill right in front of us. There were several types of cheese, yogurts, sausage, salads (both ready-made and sliced right in front of you), mashed soups and just broth, herbs, tomatoes, cucumbers, several types of olives, various side dishes, pastries, soufflé , etc. We went for breakfast at 9 o'clock, and for lunch and dinner by the opening of the restaurant, there were never any problems with free tables. But on the territory of the hotel you don’t really eat, they gave something like lasagna and baked cakes in the tent, they also fed something in the beach bar, but after dinner and not for long. There was no freshly squeezed juices in the restaurant, they said that they are in the bar where the spa center is, but we didn’t go there. Strawberry, vanilla, chocolate and caramel ice cream was free, but in the sweet house, which is located to the right of the hotel entrance (you won’t follow it from the beach). But maybe this is just my opinion.
Service: the waiters in the restaurant and bars worked fine, but the maids cleaned the rooms badly (despite the tip). In my opinion, only towels were changed, because. on the second day I woke up near the urn of sesame seeds and he lay there when we went home). What was most unpleasant was that 4 rather large lizards lived near our room, one of them lived in the slope of our door (although we lived on floor). Maybe someone doesn’t care, but I don’t want lizards to run over me. I contacted the reception 3 times, but no one reacted, they looked at me as if I were asking for something supernatural. For the fourth time, they sent two boys with a vacuum cleaner at 12 o'clock at night, they kind of vacuumed behind the slope of the door and that's it. The next evening the lizards were right there. I constantly went with a spray bottle and drove them away from the room with water. Here's 5 stars for you.
There were almost only Turks in the hotel, very few Russians, Ukrainians. There were also Germans and Iranians. The Turks behave like hosts. When I was there, a Turkish woman came up, shook my daughter’s swimsuit from the sunbed to the ground and took the towel, I began to tell her what she was doing and literally had to take the towel away. If I wasn’t there, then I would have to pay for the lost towel.

It was possible to use the territory of the Kremlin, but we did not use it.
Adult animation was active, but only by the pools. There is a dead kingdom on the beach. Children's animation was sluggish, you bring a child to work out, for example, to make masks, and no one even approached her and explained nothing, she was upset, but although it was an amateur, someone liked it. In the evening there was a children's disco and show (very good)
In general, the hotel is not bad, but very crowded and noisy. I got the impression that I had to live in the Kremlin and use the territory of both hotels (especially since the Kremlin is cheaper).
