To begin with, I will say that we got into this hotel by accident. They planned to go to the Kremlin, but he was on the "stop list" until May 27. Rested from 20 to 27 May. Naturally, before the trip, I also read reviews and, in general, was very afraid to see what they write in negative reviews. Therefore, she treated everything very pretentiously. Let's start with the fact that we flew through the Anex tour, last year the employees of this company, to put it mildly, were not up to par. This season, everything is much better - a normal transfer, a very nice guide, despite the short way from the airport to the hotel, managed to tell a lot of interesting things and amuse with witty jokes. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were met by the hotel staff, who helped unload the luggage from the bus and escorted us to the reception. By the way, at the entrance to some very incendiary music, a girl met with a huge tray filled with all sorts of sweets - as a greeting. Dispersed very quickly
I immediately asked at the reception for a room away from the Cooney and closer to the sea and the pool, left $ 30 and immediately got two options to choose from. I studied the plan of the hotel in advance, so I freely navigated the territory and opted for building 5. True, the room was on the 1st floor, but this did not bother at all, the view of the Kremlin pool - in the morning the cheerful voice of the Kremlin animator woke up. The rooms are not new, that is, there is no chic, but despite the many years of carpeting, it is clean, all the plumbing has been changed, the curtains are new, the beds have new mattresses, the bedding is perfectly clean. The mini bar was filled every day, even if something was not used, they still put another bottle of drink. I was very lucky with the maid - just a miracle, attentive, smiling, everything is always cleaned, she won’t even leave a mote anywhere. I just want to say
upon arrival at the hotel, we absolutely all had a cold - we were very cold on the plane - for which "SPECIAL THANKS" to Lugansk Airlines. So on the second day after arrival, our maid, almost like a mother, seeing that we were snotty and coughing, then brought a kettle, cups and a whole box of different teas from somewhere and began to carefully advise what and when to drink to make it easier. Regarding nutrition, I will describe in detail, since this item is especially important for me, as a catering worker I can say: very good! Breakfast: 3 types of scrambled eggs, 5 types of cheese, 4 types of sausage (though I can’t eat Turkish sausage), 3 types of yogurt (classic, with cherry, with orange), 6 types of muesli, etc. , 7 types of pastries, 9 types jams (this is just a masterpiece), as well as boiled potatoes, fresh vegetables, fruits. Lunch: always two types of first course, three types of side dishes, meat (chicken, lamb) and fish. Salads, appetizers, herbs, fruits in assortment.

Dinner: a little more extensive than lunch: pickles are added, snacks are not 9 types - but 15, there are also more fruits, if during the day there are always apples, oranges, plums, nectarines, bananas, then in the evening there are also strawberries (the size of a chicken egg) , and watermelons, and peaches. The service in the restaurant is normal - given the flow of people, even if you don’t come at the beginning of dinner or lunch and the free table is not cleared, it’s enough to give a sign to any waiter, the tablecloth changes quickly, everything is served and they are quite politely interested in what you will drink. Naturally, “parking” happens everywhere and here, too, is no exception, a little patience and everything will be in order (this is not a premium restaurant). You can take food out of the restaurant, but the staff does not really like it. There were vacationers who tried to leave dinner with a plate, they were stopped at the entrance by a girl (specially set for this) and politely asked to return the dishes to the table. You can take fruits with you
for my child, for one peach and an apple, the waiter even brought a package. For comparison, we went to the Kremlin for dinner, we didn’t like everything much poorer, there was no meat - some kind of cutlets, only apples and oranges from fruits; service is non-existent. Therefore, most of the Kremlin's vacationers went to eat at our hotel.
Pool bars are a separate issue: only local drinks, martinis (only Rosso), whiskey, cognac - only after 18.00.
There are fresh juices, but only in the vitamin bar in the main building from 10 to 16, ice cream is given there for free, but strictly from 15 to 17.
I don't know who saw a lot of Russians in the hotel? Somewhat erroneously, even the hotel staff themselves admit that they have about 70% of foreigners. Of course, there were moments when, on yourself, you feel that priority is given to foreign tourists, some bartenders and waiters with discontent and very slowly serve Russian-speaking vacationers,
especially on the site where the evening show takes place. But everything has its “+”, my 8 year old child quickly understood in which language it is better to communicate in order to get what he wants, in a week the level of English improved quite well.
Now about animation. It's not clear to me what 15 people of animators are doing there? Everything is very sluggish and poorly organized, and none of them wants to communicate with a tourist or answer adequately the questions posed if this tourist has not booked a trip to a nightclub from them. The only and very significant plus is live music, though every other day, but the bands were very cool, with a varied repertoire: English, Turkish, Russian. And what is no less important, all the musicians did not refuse applications and did not take money for this.
And yet - slides. Everything is fine, only they work a little - from 10 to 11 in the morning, and from 14 to 16 in the afternoon.

About cleanliness in general: the territory is well-groomed,
clean, 18 hours a day, and most importantly, the pool boy and gardeners are quietly swarming around the territory, regular cleaning on the beach, even on pantone in the evenings everything is cleaned and washed. By the way, I recommend going there at night - it is insanely beautiful and you can feed whole flocks of fish (if the guard shares a piece of bread with you). Rest for 5. The hotel left a good impression (despite the weak and unfriendly animation), and the desire to return here. I recommend visiting. Here every tourist will find something cool for themselves. P. S.
