We rested at the WOW TOPKAPI PALACE (Kundu-Antalya) from August 20 to September 3.2012. Traveled via Anex Tour
TERRITORY: The territory is very beautiful, clean, very green. The location of the buildings, the main building and the restaurant is convenient. The hotel itself is nice, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, how the construction of the buildings was thought out. On the territory of 6 buildings, the main building (reception, lobby) with a tower that you can climb. It is adjoined by the building of the main restaurant and a smaller restaurant, as well as a spa center with a Turkish bath, sauna and indoor pool.
INFRASTRUCTURE: There are several restaurants on the territory, in 2 of them (fish Marine Mediterranean Restaurant and Turkish Kö sem Sultan Turkish Restaurant) you can go to dinner once a week. On other days and in other restaurants, dinner will cost 5 euros per person, children under 7 years old are free. There are a lot of bars, but basically they give the same drinks everywhere. There is also a pastry shop where we went to eat ice cream (it is served from 15 to 18) and drink coffee with sweets.

There is also a shop with various goods (from medical, toys, chocolates to washing powders and souvenirs). Prices are doubled! There is a clothing store and jewelry stores.
AQUAPARK: I decided to write separately.
It has a slide with 2 sills on a generally smooth descent, where children can safely ride; a slide for descending on inflatable "cheesecakes" (very popular), a spiral slide for a normal descent with a landing in a pool 1 m deep (for older children, the speed is low), there is also a slide with a centrifuge and another screw (but it was closed) . There is a canal around the water park. on which you can swim on "cheesecakes" like on a boat, there is a small current in the channel.
So, in general, the water park is not bad, everything is clean, cleaned normally. BUT the state of the slides is not very good. There are sharp seams on the slide with a centrifuge and many people get hurt there, and very badly! The husband cut his elbow. We turned to the administration to check the hill, but they didn’t close it ((which is sad, because after our case there were many such wounded.
BEACH: From the hotel entrance to the beach, walk about 5 minutes, the beach is sandy, gray sand, a little dusty, it heats up terribly during the day, it is impossible to walk on it without shoes - it burns very much. sunbeds with mattresses are under awnings. Sheds 5 rows. At the entrance to the beach there is a platform with hammocks. The beach is big. In the center there is a pier where you can lie on pillows. I saw how the employees walked and sifted the sand, but this is not enough, it is necessary that the vacationers themselves throw their cigarette butts into the trash, and not under the sunbed ((Many vacationers with children !! ! did not really bother to be neat on the beach. Their children dug up their cigarette butts from sand.
ANIMATION for adults: did not study this issue at all, because they did not use it. All animation took place near the main pool. Beach volleyball, lawn games, archery and water aerobics are held every day on the beach until lunchtime.
ANIMATION FOR CHILDREN: There is a Puggy Kids Club on site. Girls from Russia, Ukraine, England, Turkey work there. There are no language problems for children. Every day has its own curriculum. The program is posted every week and parents can always watch it. Children can be left alone, the club takes responsibility for children 4-7 years old. Children under 4 years old can be in the club with their parents, over 7 years old on their own. The girls want to say a special thank you for their work!
ACCOMMODATION: We had a standard room with an extra bed. The room is nice, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is large with a comfortable sink and bathtub. Towels are changed every day, pillowcases too.
Bed linen is changed as needed. They clean up well. The mini-bar in the room is updated every day (water, pepsi, sprite, mineral water, beer).
Here I want to express special gratitude to the hotel management. Upon arrival, we were given a room in the 1st building with a beautiful view of the park and mountains, but we could not sleep properly due to the noise of the street and trucks passing through the speed bump at night (((. We were given another room in the 2nd building, in which we I managed to sleep well, it was quiet and good)).
The lobby is a little worn out, of course, the sofas are worn, but no wonder) Wi-Fi is excellent and a lot of people spend time there, often guests come to the lobby after the pool and the sea, the sofas are wet.
FOOD: We enjoyed it very much. The table is varied, there are fried, and spicy, and boiled / stewed dishes, a lot of sweets, a lot (goodbye diet), there is a separate diet table (not popular), and a separate children's table.
For children there are chairs, for older children there are children's tables and chairs with funny animal faces. The main restaurant is very spacious, the tables are cleaned very quickly, sometimes even too quickly)) If you leave a plate with half-eaten food and go away, then you may not find a plate when you arrive at the place)). Waiters serve drinks on request (wine, beer, soft drinks). Free coffee/tea. Big minus - drinks. Too many chemical drinks (soda), highly concentrated juices (sometimes it is impossible to drink), and they differed from day to day, there was a period of successful concentration)) There were not enough fresh juices (I had to squeeze oranges on my own). We did not try alcoholic cocktails. Wine and beer are good.

SERVICE: Room cleaning is good (maids hardly speak Russian), cleaning of the territory, cleanliness of the premises is also on the level.
Everything is cleaned quickly and cleanly. The waiters are very polite and correct. At the distribution of ice cream, they themselves control the order of priority, they don’t give it to anyone without a queue)). The hotel management is always ready to help and answers all questions. even the most stupid ones, no problem. Here you can also order medicines that will be brought from the pharmacy directly to the hotel. Very comfortable, especially when we had a problem in the elbow. The pharmacist even examined our elbow to bring the right medicine).
CONTINGENT: I would also like to pay attention to those who had a rest in the hotel. Among the vacationers were Russians, Turks, Pakistanis, British (quite a lot). I must say that the Russians and the British behave quite adequately and civilized, but the locals, and especially the Pakistanis, sometimes caused bewilderment: they often climb out of line, behave provocatively and impudently. But for our entire period, there were no excesses or any troubles.
