We rested with a family with a child of 4.5 years from 07/13/2013 to 07/20/2013. In general, I liked everything very much.
The food is good and varied (buffet). At the same time, there was a good selection of products for both adults and children. On the first day, we tried to try a little bit of everything, and then we took dishes that were more to our taste.
The only thing that caused inconvenience was that we arrived on a charter flight and arrived at the hotel at about 1.00, and the check-in took place only at 1.00. But these are rather shortcomings not of the hotel, but of the tour operator. At the same time, we ourselves were not ready for this situation, because people who come to this hotel for the 2nd time leave things under guard, change clothes and go to the beach or to a restaurant (all hotel services are available after arrival).

The room they gave us was good. The room has a TV with four channels in Russian, a safe, a refrigerator, a shower, a toilet, a washbasin. In the minibar, which was replenished daily, various drinks: mineral water, sweet carbonated drinks, beer, etc. The room was cleaned daily, but there were some complaints about the quality of cleaning. I wish they cleaned a little better and more thoroughly. We always left a tip for cleaning the room, because it is a tradition there. But as we noticed, the room is cleaned better in the absence of guests. When guests are present, the room is cleaned "in haste" and of poor quality.
The animators arranged for the children in the evening "Mini disco", for which many thanks to them. In general, the hotel is designed for couples with children. The only thing I would suggest to future tourists with children is to relax more at the sea, and not in the pools. Children, unfortunately, are more likely to get sick after the pool (probably due to the large crowd of children).
The day before departure, our child caught a cold, had a temperature. However, in this case, the hotel has a doctor who consulted us and gave the necessary injection. All expenses were covered by medical insurance.
