OPENING OF THE NEW SEASON 2015
Rested with family from May 1 to May 10.2015.
Although the Alva Donna Hotel welcomes its guests all year round, the "May" holidays are considered the opening of the new season, which also coincides with the "birthday" of the hotel, and also with my wife's birthday. At this time of the year we decided to go for the first time (we were afraid of bad weather) - we usually have a rest in late May - early June or in the "velvet" season. And they were very sorry ...that they did not do this earlier. I felt some kind of "trick" at home when I could not find tickets for a direct flight to Antalya - I had to fly through Istanbul.
Let me tell you right now, IT WAS AWESOME.
Starting with fine weather and ending with the festive show program of the Alva Arena and fireworks.
During the day the temperature reached +28, at night - +20 degrees. Very comfortable weather. It never rained.
Sea +20 - people swam, but for us it's cold, but in the pool you could swim without restrictions - the water quickly warmed up from the sun. For children there is a heated pool in the spa center. Outside the perimeter of the hotel struck citrus trees (lemons and oranges) full of fruits from last year's harvest. A very convenient way to store fruit. Warehouse is not needed : )
For many years we have been resting in various hotels in Turkey and have always followed our personal opinion that the rest turned out to be excellent, but next time - a different hotel. That was until three years ago we got to the Alva Donna Hotel. Since then, we have been here constantly - "at anchor", following no longer personal convictions, but a well-known proverb - "they do not seek good from good. "
Firstly, the Alva Donna hotel is an excellent combination of the concept of “price - quality”. And this season there is a good discount - 15%! At the same time, nothing was damaged - neither service, nor food, nor drinks, etc.
Secondly, the hotel is able to provide its guests, along with an “economical” vacation, with a VIP vacation (in the new luxurious Relax building or as it is now called Deluxe) with the provision of hotel guests with a “personal” piece of beach and sea - 15 pavilions (bali - tents) located on the first coastline. If you want peace and grace - you are in the DELUXE building, if you want fun and entertainment "until you drop" - you are in the main buildings.
Thirdly, every year something new appears in the hotel, including the wishes and comments of guests come to life. See for yourself - for every review, including “inconvenient”, there is always a response from the hotel and, I’m sure, measures are taken immediately and conclusions are drawn.
But, sometimes, you just want to tell the hotel: don’t pay attention to guest reviews, otherwise than “whims” that you can’t call.
A little lower, the girl wrote ...about the monotonous diet ...and now I want to look ...into her stomach, what does she eat there in her city?
Anything but "not bad" about food and drinks in the hotel ...although the hotel has a "fallback" option for such "capricious" - gourmet restaurants, where there is an additional set of dishes : ), and inexpensive - only 6 euros.
This season, the beach has become even larger - it seems that the hotel has acquired an additional solid piece of coastline. The beach has become even wider and three zones are allocated in it: to the right of the hotel - for everyone, to the left - half of the beach under umbrellas - for guests +16, the second half - VIP ZONA - bali tents.
The restaurant for children, which was on the first floor, has been moved to the second floor and has its own hall in the general restaurant. Now parents with children have become much more comfortable.
The photoshop moved to the pool bar and immediately became a very frequented place in the hotel.
This spring, a pair of black swans had little “ducklings” at the hotel. It is very interesting to watch them, knowing that swans are very capricious birds and rarely give birth in captivity.
The hotel has a high-speed internet connection. I hope now, there will be no complaints about its speed.
During the May holidays, Timur Rodriguez, Svetlana Loboda, Freedom Jazz, DJ Maniak, circus artists, etc. performed at the Alva Arena. It was some kind of madness (in the good sense of the word, of course).
To complete the experience, you can order a VIP table near the stage with alcoholic drinks, fruits and sweets.
