Summer in Moscow, as usual, was "hot" - +15-19 and rainy. Therefore, I really wanted the sun, the sea and hot sand. I could go on vacation only with children and only without my husband. My children are too small - the eldest daughter is almost 3 years old (2.11), and the youngest son is only 6 months old. Therefore, the first question was: who to take to help. As soon as the issue was resolved, they immediately issued a tour and flew. So, our campaign: two adults, two girls almost 3 and almost 5 years old, a trifle 6 months old. Taking into account the composition, they approached the choice of the hotel accordingly, agreed to the proposed option and did not regret it. The beginning, like all vacations, was amazing: Babylonian pandemonium at passport control at Domodedovo, due to the huge passenger traffic and the small number of working booths. I won’t tell, this is a separate topic, but I hate Domodedovo and will make every effort not to use this airport anymore. The only plus is the first places in the Boeing cabin. They flew with the Transaero campaign, for our country it’s good, even with a plus. We had a private transfer to and from the hotel, which, as experience has shown, is a must when traveling with young children. Everything in the hotel was as described on the websites of tour operators. I was even surprised by this correspondence. True, there was no kettle in the room, but I needed boiling water all the time. Running to the lower floor to the bar for boiling water is not convenient. although the bar is open 24/7. It was not possible to solve the problem immediately: there was no electronics store in the village where the hotel is located, and there was no desire to go for a kettle to Belek or Antalya with small children. The representative of the Pegasus, from which we flew, said. that this is not his problem and he cannot help in any way, such as a crisis. Was politely sent to a well-known address. But the girl representative of Anex-tour solved the problem - for tomorrow the kettle for 30 euros was on the table. For which many thanks and respect to her. So think about which operator to choose. The service at the hotel is a good four - no one runs after you in the hope of fulfilling your desire, but they do not bypass attention and in general they always help. The main thing to remember is that you are going to Turkey and, accordingly, count all the stars of Turkish hotels, bearing in mind that the country, which is part of the Eurozone, is just beginning to Europeanize. Russian is accepted everywhere, starting from the airport, but if you speak English, they respect you more. Another point - the Turks, as well as in Egypt, are very fond of small children, and my son got the constant attention of almost all the hotel staff, as well as employees of the Antalya airport. The food at the hotel is decent - our picky girls always managed to find something to eat. What they liked most was the kids cafe (a separate room near the main restaurant where the food was on low tables and in the center of the room were small tables and chairs for the kids. The kids menu was not limited to french fries and nuggets. There was almost always mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables. My daughter didn’t eat sausages for children (I wasn’t thrilled either), cutlets, soups, milk porridge. . . We used this cafe only at lunchtime, because we took food for the kids in the main hall, and fed them at their favorite tables. I really did not notice that the pools were cleaned, but the water is quite chlorinated and clear. Nothing happened to our children (all, including the small ones) after swimming in the pools. We lived in a family room - a standard room for two rooms with beds and one bathroom. A little cramped, but otherwise there are no complaints, clean enough, as far as possible in the midst of the tourist season. Cleaning every day (only on Sunday they were not cleaned for some reason), towels are changed every day, bed linen - as needed and upon request, slippers, bathrobes are present. By the way, there were no problems with tips: if you want to give it, if you don’t want it, no one throws stones in the back. I left it for cleaning - in my absence, no one took the money, I had to personally give it into my hands later and only as a token of gratitude. We followed the beach towels, changed them twice a day, there were no problems with either towels or cards. The safe in the room was electronic, nothing was missing from it and I didn’t have to bother with the key. We lost one key card, we didn’t have anything for it. The girls liked the mini-club, our former and current compatriots work there, and therefore there are no problems with the language. The only negative: you have to keep an eye on the air conditioner in the room with cartoons - it sometimes plows there at full capacity with a low temperature - for us it turned out to be my daughter's external otitis media. We asked for medical help - after 10 minutes an insurance doctor appeared, for $ 30 (unconditional deductible) he looked, explained everything (Russian speaking) and gave all the medicines, all inclusive! Three days later, back to the pool. And the rest, as in the hotel's avenue: insanely green and very beautiful and clean hotel area, sunbeds are always and everywhere, a fairly clean beach. Animation for both children and adults at a sufficient level, no one is bored, in the evenings there is always a show. I didn’t use the SPA services, because I didn’t want to leave the children - small ones, and older children were happy to hang out in the mini-club while their parents were resting. In general, I liked the rest. I wrote all the cons. And, one more thing: the vast majority of tourists are citizens of the former Soviet republics, namely Ukraine, Moldova and Kazakhstan. Citizens of Russia and Eastern European countries are less represented. Western Europe is represented only by Germans and in small numbers, maybe 15-20% will be typed. Hence the level of culture of vacationers. Will I visit this hotel again? Don't know. . . but in the given conditions it was a worthy choice, they did not regret a single minute.
