Hello! We rested at Alva Donna Exclusive Hotel & Spa from August 23 to September 2.2010. In general, the hotel is not bad - a beautiful, well-groomed area, the beach is nearby, good food, animation is not bad. Everything is ruined by terrible service. Lazy and sleepy waiters were recruited to the restaurant, the tables are constantly dirty, the dishes are not cleaned, you had to go for drinks yourself, they forget to put the cutlery on. Everyone complained about the waiters, but for some reason no measures were taken. Cleaning in the rooms is disgusting, they didn’t take out the garbage for 2 days, they don’t report gel and shampoo, they don’t change the bed, they don’t wipe the dust. Naturally, we were indignant, wrote a complaint, only after that we were replaced by a cleaning lady. We had no complaints about the second one, even vice versa, well done, she decorated the room with flowers, cleaned it cleanly.
I also didn’t like the fact that phone calls to the city were paid, we were not even warned, although we were obliged to.
Of course, the hotel does not pull 5 stars due to poor service.
