Rested with a friend in the hotel "Riva Donna" The hotel is WONDERFUL!! ! The territory of the hotel is small, green and planned so well that you do not notice how many tourists are resting in the hotel at the moment. Large beautiful central pool, near the pool with water slides. Separately, there is a territory for children with a special children's pool with slides and playgrounds. The beach is clean, however, it was a little annoying that there were pebbles at the entrance to the sea. But the water is pure.
The hotel itself is very beautiful, clean and comfortable! We were 100% satisfied with the service. Our room was cleaned daily and very carefully. The furniture and fixtures in the room are new. Towels were changed daily, bed linen several times a week. To be honest, we were surprised by the negative reviews about the service in restaurants and bars. We have never had such problems. Everything is fast, clear and always with a smile. The staff is very polite and friendly, ready to fulfill your every desire and even anticipate it. Special thanks to the bartenders for amazingly delicious cocktails. The SPA center gave us the most pleasant sensations. Prices are more than moderate, and the level of quality of services is quite high. By the way, in the SPA center there is a very cozy pool with thermal water.
At the same time, with all the mega positive impressions of the hotel and the service provided, our opinion (and everyone who rested in Riva Donna this year, I think they will agree with us) - 80% of the success of this hotel and quality rest is super professional animation team.

Guys, thank you all for a wonderful vacation! We were not allowed to be bored for a minute, a lot of attention and positive emotions! We have rested in different countries and in hotels of different (including higher level) and we can safely say - these guys are the BEST.
