Rest in Belek. Summer 2011. We chose the Alva Donna Exclusive Hotel & Spa on the advice of friends and a tour company. To be honest, I wasn't impressed. So, everything is in order:

I liked the room, compared to many hotels it is very cozy, the room, as well as the territory, is well looked after, though on the first floors the balconies are at ground level, if you are not lucky, then also with a view of the parking lot or wasteland. The territory is very small.

Cleaning: until you ask, no shower gel or shampoos, if they are over, no one will bring.

Mini-bar: free, but very limited. I do not drink alcohol, but even I was very sad to look at 2 bottles of cola, 1 beer of an incomprehensible brand and 2 "natural" juices with a straw.

Beach: small, pebbles at the entrance to the sea, but the water is clear and there are no large stones, cobblestones. there is a pier.

Food: The food in the main restaurant is one of the biggest disappointments.

it was very difficult to find anything for breakfast, because there is a lot of flour, and there are cereals, cereals, eggs in various forms of preparation. also, a lot of any sausage, sausages, ham and only 2 types of cheese. Usually, for breakfast, I prefer cheese, scrambled eggs and fresh vegetables, salads, but all salads contain onions, and the sauces are not signed and each time I had to take them at random. lunch, dinner is pretty monotonous, but I really liked the desserts.

Dishes in restaurants often come across so that the edges of the glasses are chipped off, the forks are crooked, bent.

There are 5 a la carte restaurants: Mexican, Chinese, Turkish, fish and Italian. The first visit of each is free. A table is reserved by phone from 18.00 to 20.00 for the evening of the next day, but as a rule, by 18.20 there are no more places, except for the fish one. Restaurants are open from 19.00 somewhere until 21.30, I don’t remember exactly. I liked Mexican and Turkish, it's better not to waste time on the rest.

Bars: Bella bar is open 24/7, cocktails are not very good.
none at all. in the evening at the bar on the pier you can order a hookah for 5 euros. but usually there by the evening there are no juices or any alcoholic drinks. only water, tea and hookah.

Animation: evening animation takes place in the amphitheater, I didn’t like it at all, everyone is in charge of a complete uncle who loves vulgar jokes, contests are also not far from jokes. daytime animation: one of the selection criteria was archery, but you can’t call the site a shooting range, one target, that’s it. . apparently for show.

The spa wasn't very good either. they do well, but the atmosphere also plays a very big role. so the interior is not very good.

This is how our vacation went. At the hotel, I filled out a questionnaire about assessing the degree of satisfaction with the hotel, about the service, and so on. So, when asked if you would recommend the hotel to your friends and relatives, the honest answer was "No".

I hope my review will be useful for you.

Thank you for reading to the end and have a great holiday! ! !
