Attaleia Shine Luxury Hotel Terrible hotel! We were moved to Shine from ATTALEIA HOLIDAY VILLAGE because he was taken by the bank for debts and everyone was kicked out! The owner is alone, he cannot manage hotels. His Russian mistress Lena works at the reception - a boorish and a bitch, no one solves problems there, in principle, no one. No one cares and no one is responsible. On the day of check-in, there was an incident - there the doors in the room in the toilet are glass and this door somehow fell on a woman and cut her arm and leg - huge scars, she sat at the reception, wrapped in bloody towels and sobbed, and the staff don't give a shit. The food is monotonous, from chicken meat, there can be no talk of any lamb! The design of the hotel is crazy - gray walls, black stairs, statues. Like crazy! The animation was also moved from the old hotel, but it would be better if they didn’t exist at all, they don’t do anything, they just eat in the canteen. I have never seen such fat animators! In the evening, the only entertainment is the lobby bar. Only there the light is on, they also save on electricity. Darkness, economy and black walls! It doesn’t pull on five stars, but it doesn’t smell like luxury there at all! I am the 7th time in Turkey, in addition to other countries, there is something to compare. It's a pity for money and ruined vacation!
