So....
She returned to Moscow on October 10.2009. I would like to tell the story of my holiday. In April, I was at the ATTALEIA SHINE LUXURY hotel in Belek, on a promotional tour. Of all the hotels that I visited with a group of tour managers, this hotel made the biggest impression on me. When we were met, this hotel had everything, both the service and the best and most comfortable rooms. The lobby bar was filled to capacity with foreign-made drinks such as TEKILA SAUZA, BEYLIS, normal brands of whiskey. In general, there was everything that your heart desires. There was even a sambuca! and all this is free of course, since the hotel positions itself as SUPER ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE. The food was decent, there were mountains of strawberries, champagne, though the wine was nasty, well, that's okay, because the abundance of other drinks made it possible to forget about this small drawback. Naturally, in complete delight, having returned, I decided, if possible, that if I find myself in Turkey, I would most likely choose this place to relax.
I didn’t have to wait long, I took a vacation and flew to Belek with my boyfriend. Naturally, after my enthusiastic stories, they didn’t even think which hotel to choose. My man was in Turkey for the first time and my phrase "you will see Turkey from its most beautiful side" turned out to be implausible in the end. I have never been in such a terrible place in my life!

We arrived at the hotel, looked around and realized that we would probably hang out here alone))) Well, maybe another 10 people maximum. And this is taking into account that there is a huge building. We were settled in the forest veiw room. Well, like a forest view. . . half of the view was a gray-brown wall. We asked the girl at the reception if it was possible to move us to another room with a sea view, she said for this an additional charge of 30 euros per day. We came to the room, from the set bath accessories (toothbrush, toothpaste, nail files, hair conditioner and much more) there were only body lotion and shampoo. All this happened during the day. I asked to complete the set. after two hours nothing was added, I asked again, they said that they would bring everything you need. Returning to the room in the evening, I did not find any changes for the better. I had no choice but to go and make a huge scandal. Right in my bathrobe, I went downstairs to the reception and made such a performance that I raised everyone there on their heads. In general, two Turks came running to me with a box from room service. Showing me everything they have, they offered me to choose. I looked into the box and realized that they really just don’t have everything they need. I found only a nail file... I don’t know what such lawlessness is connected with, whether it was the hotel employees who plundered for their families....or they stopped buying due to the end of the season, but it seems to me that this is not a reason not to provide half of the services for which paid at the DELUXE hotel.
By the way, upon arrival at the reception, we were immediately told that the Turkish bath is paid, the cost is 10 euros. As it turned out, they did this quite recently. Generally put simply before the fact.
Arriving, we were annoyed and went to the bar to have a drink in order to calm our nerves.... There we were in for another surprise!! ! Approaching the bar, I saw a meager number of bottles of unknown origin. No normal whiskey and tequila for you, there was nothing like that. to answer whether there is whiskey, the bartender poured us Turkish whiskey. Before agreeing to this drink, we of course asked "is there tequila, rum, cognac? " The answer was "no". We drank this muck, similar to cheap rum. Then they asked about beer))) In response, they heard "finish".
The next day, after a walk, we came to the room before dinner and smelled a fish stink! ! The whole kitchen smell reigned in our home!!! ! immediately went to scandal at the reception. We were upgraded to a normal room with a sea view for free. It is not clear why settle tourists initially in the ugliest room when the entire hotel is empty?
There was beer in the morning, it ended by dinner, but then they brought it, though in plastic bottles. In Moscow, I usually do not use this. The food was not very good (but for me this is a plus, you can lose weight)) Meat appeared in the last days of our vacation. So they ate grass and fish. Animation in the hotel was not. Well, that is, there was a couple of times live music, which unfortunately we did not get. And then it ended completely, because the musicians were out of work, because they were not paid a salary. Of the 6 bars, only 3 were working. As she told us, the most beautiful red bar was smashed before our arrival by Russian tourists !! ! Aaha, probably when they saw beer in bottles))) or did not see it at all)))

Regarding the cleaning, they personally cleaned every day with us, the rest of the tourists complained that they had it once a week. For 10 days they changed the linen 1 time, cleaning was as follows. They made the bed for us, put things in their places and that's it. glasses and a bathrobe were taken away a couple of times. I had to call and ask to be brought. In other rooms, someone had floods)) TVs and telephones did not work. We've been lucky with this one. Once in the morning they turned off the lights in the hotel. True, only for an hour. Next to us was the hotel ATTALEIA HOLIDAY VILLAGE from there, unexpectedly, in the middle of our vacation, all the tourists were moved to us. Forcibly! Their guide told them that if they did not move they would be cut. It must be a Turkish joke. By the way, the same guide (Remzi). did not return the air tickets to us from which he wrote off the information, and at the airport we had to pay extra 20 bucks for the "morning". Tourists from a nearby hotel told us that the lights were turned off for them and explained the resettlement with problems with electricity. In fact, there is only one owner of these hotels and it is simply unprofitable for him to keep both of them working, which are 10 percent full each.
PS be careful to go to the toilets (which are not in the rooms) there you can be buried alive. Doors sometimes slam shut. So on my business trip, I spent 2 hours swearing in three languages and screaming for help. She even started a fire because she remembered the fire alarm. Don't worry!! ! smoke calmly, it does not work for them! There is always a feeling in the hotel that there is no one and the afterlife music is playing. So for breakfast, for example, we repeatedly listened to the melody from the Japanese horror movie "one missed call. " The hotel itself was filled with fucking money, but there was nothing to do there.
