A few days ago we returned from Antalya !! ! Atallia Shine is a nightmare!!! ! what 5 stars??? ? just for the design? The hotel is absolutely beautiful! A lot of money has been invested in the interior. But sorry, he is neglected, unkempt !! ! there is dust everywhere, the floors in the hall are unwashed, the pool is covered with sand and greenery (this is not respect for vacationers), in the hall at the bar they don’t know what latte coffee is (yes, by the way, they also constantly broke coffee and tea machines) ,,, , in the main restaurant you can’t constantly call the waiters, they ate moving, as a result, self-service.....yeah food? I saw famous sushi only once on the first evening for dinner, and it was terrible sushi (then we only went to ala carte restaurants for dinner, by the way, I praise the Chinese restaurant, it’s really tasty there).....the food in the main restaurant is tasteless and little variety, it is more likely to appeal to people who love lean cuisine! for breakfast 2 types of olives: green and black!! ! and this is again in a five-star hotel???!!!!,,,,, , but I almost forgot! I'll tell you about our accommodation and room. . . we rented a deluxe suite with a jacuzzi on the balcony. We were taken to our room, the maid immediately came running and began to wash the Jacuzzi on the balcony,,, , well, we think, let him clean up, take a walk around the territory and get acquainted with the hotel. . . Before leaving, I asked her to wipe more dust in the closet. As a result, they returned to the room to unpack things, but the dust remained in place, and the sofa on the balcony was also covered in dust !! ! In the bathroom there were small shampoos half filled, and we did not find slippers !! ! I call the reception. After 30 minutes, that maid knocks on the room and with her a woman with protocol papers,,, , the maid quickly ran to correct her work,, , I ask that woman: why are the shampoos half full and why are the caps worn on them ? ? answer: but the girls maids forgot to fill it to the end! it turns out that someone has already used it, and they were taken out of the trash and put back to us ???!! ! then we were told about slippers that they are not provided at the Shine hotel,,, , but on the second day we still found slippers from another maid!! ! tell me, and after these stresses, the hotel has the right to have 5 stars??? ? 2 stars must be deducted!! ! There is absolutely nothing to do in the hotel in the evening!! ! once got into a red bar for live music, but just sit and listen, you are lulled!! ! the choice of alcoholic drinks in the bar is also minimal, we did not wait for white wine !!!!....the hotel can only appeal to those who have never rested in a good class hotels!!!! !
