Good afternoon!
Got into this hotel by accident, because. I took a tour two days before departure, the agency asked for a high-level hotel in Belek, so this hotel slipped me. There was no time to read the reviews, I paid for the tour and only then I read the reviews and thought, where will I go!?!?! ? But not everything turned out to be as sad as most reviews sound.
So in order, I'll try to be as objective as possible.
Initially, the hotel is positioned as a "luxury", without animation, with good rooms, service and a quiet measured rest. Therefore, no one a priori promised fun.
I'll start with the arrival. Arrived, met, brought to the hotel at about 9.50 am. No one brought the promised (in booklets, etc. ) champagne, they gave us a glass of sprite and blue vitriol. salads, muesli and cereals, several types of scrambled eggs, inedible color sausage and ham. But a lot of fruits - apricots, peaches, two types of grapes, apples, pears. very tasty watermelons and melons. And!! ! /cappuccino!!!

We ate, went up to the reception and immediately (!!! ) at 10.30 they give a room (although check-in according to their rules is at 14.00. The room is cool, large, pretentious, not killed, everything works and nothing is shabby, LCD TV, 5 Russian channels. But we My wife and I did not like the view from the windows. We went to the reception, and lo and behold! The room was changed immediately, without delay or altercation. There is always a Russian-speaking employee at the reception.
We came to the beach. It's next to the giant pool. There are a lot of free sun loungers around the pool and on the seashore, there are a lot of umbrellas, there are not enough towels, with them, as it turned out, it’s tense. There are also no mattresses on the sunbeds (they turn out to be and should not have been). Nearby - a pool bar and a bar on the beach - a standard set - soda from the tap, draft or canned Efes beer, juices, local sports drinks, there is scotch (cheap), and all sorts of dyes for cocktails. You can live... True service - give / bring is not expected.
Lunch at a restaurant next to the pool - again, an abundance of any food, without queues !!!
About service - it is clearly not enough. There are a lot of waiters from Kazakhstan, they plow from morning to night, the same ones, without days off and checkpoints. They try, but they are clearly not enough. Although, according to my estimates - the hotel is loaded no more than 60%.
Dinner is also a lot of things, without queues for fish, meat, fruits, everything is in abundance and enough.
Local dry wine - white and red - is served for lunch and dinner. White Pts is sour and there is an impression that it is fortified, and red is better, but I could not overpower more than one glass of either one or the other.
Entertainment - 0. Everyone entertains himself as best he can. Although no, he lied. There is a good SPA, a gym, a sauna and a hammam for money, there is even a night club (no one knows about it, even at the reception !!! ), there is a pretentious atmosphere, a bar where they pour, and there are 5-10 people, I say no one does not know. There is a bowling alley at a crazy price - 30 euros for a party of 2 people. My wife and I play 4 games per hour, so 120 euros per hour is expensive. That's why I never saw anyone playing.

A taxi to Belek costs there - back $ 30. I went out with my wife several times, at least for a walk, to eat seafood at fabulous (higher than in Moscow) prices, there is where. for everyone else - a lobby bar, open around the clock. The people are sitting drinking, but I have not seen drunk, noisy and arrogant people.
The main audience in the hotel - Russians and Ukrainians (95%) and 5% of the Turks.
We must pay tribute to our compatriots - everyone behaves decently, they don’t thump from morning to night, they don’t make noise and don’t rowdy. If there are lovers of free booze, they behave modestly, sit in the corners.
About cleaning the room - separately. Not Pts they bother themselves with this business (not enough servants). We had a case - we left a dollar "for tea" - we come from the beach - there is no dollar, and the room is not cleaned !! ! They didn't even take out the trash! Complained - they ran and threw out the garbage, but nothing more.
In general, the hotel inside is very pretentious, marble, velvet and so on... But all this produces a feeling of some kind of unkemptness, lack of cleanliness, I repeat once again - THE SERVICE IS NOT ENOUGH. There are a lot of annoying little things - not everywhere the lights are on, the elevator is broken - they are repairing it for 5 days, the ice in the bar is over, they didn’t bring orange juice, my wife had a birthday - they forgot to congratulate and so on. All this is due to shortcomings in the work of management. Although I talked with a vacationer who was last year, he said that a year ago everything was on the level, not like now.
Conclusions - if you do not pay attention to the little things with the service, then the hotel corresponds to its purpose: a relaxing holiday, without noise, music, stupid animations. Significant pluses - the number of sun loungers and umbrellas on the beaches is more than sufficient, there are no queues for anything. Therefore, if you just want to sunbathe, swim, sleep and bring a couple of extra pounds on yourself, then you will not go wrong with this hotel.
Fans of noise and Zazigalov have nothing to do. Those who like to play tricks with other people's young ladies are also not here.
Overall score 4-.
