We traveled together, before that we were in similar hotels in Tunisia and Egypt - there is something to compare. I will not write about the transfer and the tour operator, because everyone has his own - just about the hotel. Newly built hotel, clean and tidy. We got a family room (2 beds) so it was spacious, I don’t know if all the rooms are like that. The room has an individual air conditioner (which pleases), TV with Russian channels, a safe (but it costs 1 euro per day), a small balcony. In general, there were no complaints about the number. Cleaning daily, you can without a tip. The territory of the hotel is very small, everything is very compact, there are enough places at the pool and on the beach, but there is simply nowhere to walk. The beach and pool are clean and the sunbeds are in good condition. Animation is only by the pool and rather boring - the animators do not strain, they work weakly. Now the most important thing is food, for a 5 * hotel, several things seemed very unworthy to me: whiskey is poured only after 18-00 !!!! , cocktails are not made (not counting the basin with green liquid that is put on public display in the bar - self-service), It is impossible to drink local vodka, table wine - none, as a result, you can only drink Efes beer normally. The food is well organized, but it’s better to come to the beginning, because the most delicious food is broken down quickly and the additive is not always taken out, the dishes are washed poorly, the problem is with fish and seafood - they don’t exist, they give mostly poultry and something like meat. The most delicious - cheese, sweets and pastries. The service is so-so. At the reception, half of the managers pretend that they do not understand Russian, they do not speak English at all, but they adore the Germans and are ready to talk with them for hours. Advice - gouge the Turks and demand what you are supposed to, they are cunning and lazy. In general, the hotel is not bad, but it is far from the city centers (the hotel is not in Belek, but in the Boazkent district), there is nowhere to walk around the hotel, you have to take a minibus or taxi (which is not cheap). Good luck to all.
