This hotel is the second time. We went to it 4 years ago, this year we gathered spontaneously, on those dates that suited us with slides, there was only him. I had wonderful impressions of him from the last time. But it's become ultra all-inclusive, and "ultra" means a lot of free drinks, but the price is higher accordingly. Given the fact that we don’t drink at all, we overpaid seriously, but we were still very satisfied.
Rooms:
I went with my husband, daughter 12 years and son 5 months. I must say right away about the small children in the hotel. The description says that there are cots for such children. When we were settled in the room, there was already a playpen for us. There were only 2 nuances. Firstly, they put it right under the air conditioner (and there is nowhere else to put it), and secondly, it was so prescribed that we were blown away by the smell of urine as soon as we opened the door : ) I don’t know if everything Are these arenas in such a terrible state, or are we just so lucky. But fortunately, I took my playpen-bed, so we gave theirs 5 minutes after check-in. : ) I also had to move the bedside table with a refrigerator and a TV set in order to put our playpen in its place, so that the air conditioner would not blow on the child. And after that our stay in the room all week was perfect. Everything is fine, everything is beautiful. The only thing I remember from the last time was that we were then settled on the last 4th floor - it was terrible, the air conditioner did not save at all, they asked to be relocated. Now we were immediately settled on the 3rd floor, so we did not feel the heat at all. Although, it seems to me that then there was a central air conditioner, and now each room has an individual one. Perhaps he can cope with the 4th floor. At least the Germans lived there.

At some point it seems that there are only Germans in the hotel. In fact, of course, there are Russian speakers, but very few. Almost no one from Ukraine. A small percentage of "ours" has a very positive effect on behavior in the restaurant, on the beach and in general. Still, hotels dominated by Russian speakers are darkness! And here everything is very cultural, not only on the part of the attendants, but also on the part of vacationers.
Nutrition:
For 4 years it has improved, although even at that time it was very decent. Each time there were several types of meat alone and for every taste. And turkey, and lamb, and chicken, and veal. For breakfast, by the way, they gave potatoes, in addition to the generally accepted muesli-scrambled eggs. It's the first time I've come across this. For men who are used to having a hearty breakfast, this is an incredible plus. : ) In general, the food is not just excellent, but excellent with a plus!
Service:
If you consider that good service is inconspicuous service, then they have it just wonderful....everyone is friendly, polite and completely unobtrusive. And in the restaurant, and in cleaning, and in general for the hotel.

4 years ago it was a brand new hotel, the trees had just been planted, so there was absolutely nowhere to hide from the sun. Now it has all grown up, there is where to walk in the shade. True, this is only one alley from the pool to the sea. If you compare it with hotels where you can wander around the green area for half a day, like in a park, then, of course, you won’t work up much here, but on the whole it’s very nice, there is absolutely no feeling of a lack of greenery.
Animation:
Everyone praises her, but I was with a baby, I didn’t go to evening shows, I didn’t participate in competitions, so I can’t say anything particularly for or against. Judging purely by how they entertained people in the middle of the day, it seems to me that 4 years ago it was much cooler. But in general, the guys are great, they are trying. At least, children are engaged all day long, it can be seen and heard. And since almost every family with a child is there, this is very important. So the animation in the hotel is also a plus.
In general, given the fact that we are not the first time in Turkey, we can say that the hotel is close to ideal. Not a single clearly expressed negative sensation was caused even once.
