We were shocked when we arrived in Belcon, the city of Belek, the rooms are not at all the same as in the photo. The room is poor and dirty. No one has ever lined the tulle, the bathroom is also in poor condition. The trash can is horrible (pictured). They clean the room without a vacuum cleaner, just make the bed. The beach is far away, walk 1.5 hours to walk at a fast pace. But the bus from the hotel goes all the time.
But there is one big plus, it is the staff of the restaurant "the soul of the hotel". Very friendly and kind people. The smile on their face is constant. All work is done with passion. The chef is brilliant, not the food, but a masterpiece. Well done.
We flew through the tour operator Join Up. The guide with whom we were unlucky was Feride, a person who, apart from making money on tourists, does not think about anything else. Until our departure, it didn’t appear anymore, since we didn’t buy a single excursion.
