I'll start in order: the check-in for us was with a fight for our room, which was purchased and indicated in our ticket, it simply wasn’t there, everything was occupied as we were told by the hotel manager and we were settled in what is, this is a bungalow with mold and the smell of dampness and sewerage. The representative from Pegasus told our problem right away where they took a ticket there and sort it out, he does not solve such issues. So we arrived, thanks to our Natalia (tour operator) from whom we took a ticket, we won a room for 3 days. In the dining room (restaurant) there is complete unsanitary conditions, flies have occupied all the food, it’s impossible to eat and look like you’ll swallow a fly, the drinks are all diluted, there is no fruit, for 10 days they gave chopped apples once, and every day green watermelons, there is not enough food, who had time he ate it. They don’t clean anything in the rooms, they seem to come and clean up the garbage and everything reminded every day that it is necessary to change the towels, they put them on the floor, it’s useless, they pick them up from the floor, they put them down and that’s it, they don’t put soap and you won’t wait. The beach is a separate adventure, from the beginning we storm the bus (shed), then you fry in it sticking to each other and here it is the happiness of the beach for 7-10 minutes, back is the same. It is not possible to reach the beach because of the heat +46, the time is about 40 minutes. And the site is a complete lie that there are 2 km to the beach.
