We came to this hotel in May. I’ll make a reservation right away that two weeks ago we already rested in two hotels and at that time quarantine and curfew were already in effect in the country (but it started an hour later), there were also hes codes and everything, but there was nowhere like this hotel.
1. The spa is available only by appointment and only for 30 minutes. As in the army) they went in, washed themselves and left. Although you won’t get much pleasure because the spa is being renovated and it’s very noisy. I have never seen such an order in the spa either this year or last year. Registration must be done in the morning. They won’t write down by phone because there is not enough staff and we were asked to come after breakfast and we will write down. Also the steam room is not working. There is only a hammam and two saunas. There is no water, tea, juices in the spa even for money. If you want to drink, go to the gym. In the indoor pool, it is also better to borrow sunbeds in advance.
2. The rooms are outdated and require updating from the air conditioner, there is an unpleasant smell and there is no effect of coolness.
We sleep with an open balcony. The weather allows. Cleaning for 3 points, the floor is not washed at all, it is better to wear slippers. Only after a while they realized that the room did not match the photos displayed on the hotel website ...somehow they did not understand right away.
3. The restaurant has a strange system for serving hot dishes. While, during the year of the pandemic, all hotels put food behind glass showcases in Beliss, this has not yet been done everywhere. Guests are forced to stand a meter from food and plates with the names of dishes, fenced off with a red ribbon. Behind the girl's ribbon, the waiters jump from dish to dish and put food on the plates. Often in this meter, food falls to the floor. Everything looks sad and bewildering. Everyone is in a pose of p...om looking at the signs. The main restaurant itself is not able to accommodate such a number of guests. With dinner, it is better not to delay and come to the beginning.
4. I have never seen such a poor mini-bar in Turkey! 1 can of cola, 2 beers, 3 water, 2 juice, 2 waffles.
