I decided to spend a long-awaited vacation with my family in Turkey.
The choice in favor of Turkey was not made by chance, I really wanted a passive family vacation. Seen enough to compare the level of hotels and service.
The last time we were in Turkey a few years ago, we rested in the Rixos Premium Hotel (Belek), Sungate (Kemer), Rixos Tekirova, and so on. I wrote this so that readers have an understanding of our knowledge of Turkish hotel service.

Room is good, normal size. We lived in building 7. The cleaning of the rooms and the replenishment of the mini bar leaves much to be desired. We were not cleaned every day, but the minibar and, in principle, forgot to replenish. We quite often communicated with managers and swore about it. I understand that they physically could not do anything / or did not burn with desire... on some of the days there was 100% occupancy of the hotel.
The food at the hotel is normal, perhaps I don’t share the amazing reviews about the food. It's just normal. No more. The taste, in principle, is very mediocre (I'm talking about the main restaurant). Drinks are mostly locally produced, of course there are also foreign ones.
Sun loungers by the pool had to be borrowed early in the morning, when the family was still asleep.
The conclusion is simple - a very mediocre 5-star Turkish hotel. Nothing outstanding.
