This site contains my review of last year's stay in this hotel. The fact that the whole family decided to come back here again speaks volumes - this happens to us infrequently (for the third time in the entire rich history of our joint travels). The hotel really fascinated us last summer. Most of what we liked last year remained consistently great (as it should be for a hotel of this level): beautiful interiors, fantastic varied cuisine (bravo to the chefs! ), perfect cleanliness, wonderful beach, excellent pier, lack of any - or crowds anywhere, despite the hottest season and a large number of tourists, a sea of ​ ​ flowers, spacious rooms, an excellent gym, fun and incendiary music programs. There are also innovations: a new late-night ice cream parlor with delicious different types of ice cream, a fruit kiosk on the beach, swimsuit dryers near the beach and pools, and other nice little things.
Unfortunately, there are also changes for the worse. Something has happened to the outstanding preventive maintenance that won us over last year. It began with the fact that upon checking in, they completely forgot about us at the reception (I came up an hour and a half after paperwork and found out that our room had been ready for half an hour - despite the fact that we were sitting side by side all the time). On the eve of my son's birthday, about which I warned the hotel staff many times in advance, we were promised to congratulate him, bring a cake and champagne - and they forgot (despite the fact that it was he who chose this hotel to celebrate his birthday). If last year some of the dishes or dishes ended in the main restaurant, then they immediately appeared again as if by magic. But not at this time. For all the time last year there was not a single case that a waiter did not come to our table at breakfast, this year - every other time. Turndown was daily last year - but not this year. The water in the shower on the pier was heated last year, but this year it was cold. All this, of course, is trifles, they in no way spoiled our mood from a wonderful holiday, but still unpleasant.
What really got on our nerves was the Internet. Yes, this year, unlike last year, it was all over the hotel: in the rooms, in the lobby, and on the beach. But such a low quality of communication, constant breaks, floating dead zones in a high-level hotel in our time cannot but upset.

And now the main thing: does all this mean that we did not like the hotel? In no case! It still remains our favorite and most wonderful hotel in Turkey, which we will definitely return to and will definitely recommend to all our friends (by the way, some of them, according to our "tip", have already visited it after us and were very satisfied).
