Were in January 2011 with my husband and 1.5 year old child. Liked the hotel very much. I don’t want to repeat myself about architecture, rooms, etc. The site has already said a lot about this, I can only say that there are a lot of people trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Everyone is very kind, they clean the rooms, change towels and bedding every day, but even here you can’t unequivocally evaluate it - one shift makes it better, the other worse, so there are no comrades for taste and color. But what really pleased me was the menu for our son, I myself made it for every day (in January there was no "off season" and there was no baby food), the child ate healthy, varied and perfectly cooked dishes. Many thanks to the Russian girl who sits in the office near the reception, she regulated everything and brought all our wishes to life, somehow I didn’t have time to ask about her position. I read a lot of reviews on different sites and got the impression that you need to "thank you" for everything, from checking into the room to cleaning the room at a convenient time for us, but apart from packing our suitcases on the road, all our wishes were fulfilled without additional payment. It’s also definitely difficult to talk about nutrition, someone is oversalted, someone is undersalted, I liked it! But despite the fact that the dishes change every day, after a week you understand that you want something new. But overall, we were sad to leave. So the holiday was a success!
