We arrived at the hotel at 9 o'clock in the morning, settled according to the standard at 14:00. Reception staff is adequate, no complaints at all. The room is dirty, looked at another one - the same. In the room itself, everything is intact, not broken. Linen and towels are dirty, as if they wiped the ass and covered the guests. Cleaned even worse than the condition of the bed linen. They brought the playpen bed all burning and moldy.
One evening there was no water for about two hours. In the bar at the entrance to the main restaurant, when the grandmother asked for a drink to pour another glass, it was thrown at her in return. Complained and apologized.
The food is ordinary, you can eat. The plates are dirty every other time, the glasses are not steamed at all and are not washed. The restaurant by the shops in the lobby opens for lunch at 12:30, the bar is always open. We went in at 12:25 and asked to give the child ice cream, to which they said that ice cream was issued from 12:30. The question is why people were already allowed to dine in a restaurant, and the child was squeezed ice cream 5 minutes earlier? And for adults, food was not squeezed 5 minutes earlier. The manager apologized and said that everything was clear on time? ! See above, why were people allowed into the restaurant a full 5 minutes early?!

The sunbeds on the beaches are moldy. One plus of this hotel is Children's animation and Children's town. The animators do a great job. I do not advise the hotel, the staff above the waiters (managers, etc. ) are not customer-oriented at all! I won't come back here again.
