The hotel has turned from a club to a mediocre 4 *. The beach is very dirty, it is not cleaned at all (cigarette butts and other small debris). Umbrellas and sun loungers are so old, they could at least be painted, but it is better to replace them. There used to be fountains between the buildings, now they are gone. The rooms are clean but very old. The bathrooms require improvement and renovation, the shower cabin is so old that you can send it to an exhibition of rare ones, there is not even shampoo, instead an incomprehensible liquid supposedly for washing the head and body. The concept of ultra all inclusive is very perverted: usually in hotels of this level, in addition to the main meals, there are a lot of all sorts of snacks, I won’t say that we are starving, but it just has to be in UAl. Now to the animation: bored. Even our retired parents are bored. Musicals in the evenings now take place only once a week, the rest of the time there are dances and something like competitions for children and Miss or Mr. Hotel. There are a lot of guests in the hotel, but there is nothing to do and nowhere, there is a catastrophic lack of space for everyone. The food is not bad, but there is very little diet food (those who need it will have a hard time). As for entertainment for children: there is an Art Studio on site with crazy prices. And also the Luna Park is terrible in appearance and for the price. The aqua park is good, but the water is too chlorinated, swimsuits need to be soaked so that they don't smell like bleach. Service in the evening is good, during the day everyone is sleepy. If someone is going to go here, I do not advise.
