When traveling with my husband, we usually choose 5* or deluxe hotels. There is something to compare with. But this hotel was the only one I want to return to. Even my discerning husband could not find anything to complain about.

Cleanliness, an insane amount of greenery and flowers, animation for all age categories, an excellent beach, sea, comfortable (luxury) rooms and super varied food (including for children), along with well-trained staff, make this hotel a paradise for families rest. Some families with whom we met rest here 3-4 years in a row.
The only advice for future guests of this hotel is to resolve all issues with the Turkish employees of the hotel, and not with the Russian speakers at the reception. The latter are absolutely helpless, probably because of their unwillingness to help.
Check-in example: We arrived at the hotel around 9 am. Naturally, everyone wants to immediately check into the room. Yes, we also had a family with a 6-month-old baby who was acting restless. We collectively asked to be accommodated, offering our $20-$50-thank you. They didn’t take money, but, instead, they told us for an hour about the rules for settling from 14 o’clock. (Nobody was sorry for the screaming child).
At the same time, we were stubbornly not allowed to talk to the hotel manager. The situation was quickly resolved by our hotel guide, a representative of the Odeon tour, and a senior shift at the reception, to whom we made all the same requests, only in English. The Turks are accommodating and go forward. Thanks to them for this one!!!

Every day, everything you need is replenished in the room: toothpaste and brushes, a set of shaving accessories, even a nail file, a comb, a washcloth, and even a condom; I am already silent about soap, conditioner, foam and bath salts, etc. etc.
