The hotel is wonderful. We really liked it. Good clean rooms. We were given a “family” room at no extra charge: a large double bed for adults (if your height is not more than 1.9 meters, then fit), a bunk bed for children (we did not need it), two bedside tables, lamps, a floor lamp, a ladies table, a wardrobe, free safe, minibar, TV (4 Russian channels). The bathroom is combined with a toilet - a bath, a toilet bowl, a washbasin, a mirror, a hair dryer, liquid soap in a dispenser, shampoo in a dispenser near the bathroom (our friends did not immediately find the shampoo, then they read the inscription on the dispenser). Everything is there, even shower caps. If there is a room on the 1st floor, do not be alarmed. It's even good. Each room has its own balcony with two chairs. The nature there is beautiful. The rooms are not damp, everything is ok. Cleaned every day, but the towels are changed only if you throw in the bath, the foot was not changed. You can refuse cleaning, if you wish. The disadvantage is that the cleaning of the rooms starts from 12 to 16 days, and after the beach you want to sleep. And here is the most relish - the maids scurry about in search of rooms for cleaning and crackle carts. We refused cleaning a couple of times in order to sleep (they put up a “do not disturb” sign), but still they called us on the phone and asked to clean it or not. The bed linen is white and clean towels too. For the beach, free ones are issued - blue by the pool (white towels are not allowed by the sea, a fine of 20 euros for each). You will receive beach towels upon presentation of the cards issued to you upon check-in at the hotel. When leaving the hotel, the cards are returned to the reception, for the loss of 25 euros for each. The mini bar is filled 1 time upon check-in free of charge (bottle of carbonated water, non-carbonated water, peach juice package). In the dining room, you can then get an unlimited amount of non-carbonated water in 1.5 liters. bottles free of charge, any other bottled water is paid. The food is plentiful and plentiful. If there is everything that they give in the dining room, you can get better. They cook delicious, excellent morning pastries - buns are just super. Lovely Chinese hall, delicious meat on the veranda. So keep it up. During our stay, they gave lamb, beef, turkey, chicken, mussels, trout, jellied tongue, liver and much more. (People from other hotels complained that they were only fed chicken). Lots of vegetable dishes. I won’t even talk about french fries, hamburgers and other things. Whoever loves it or hasn’t eaten at this house will definitely enjoy it there. When we arrived there, we pounced on this yummy... but after 3 days we realized that enough was enough, and so we wanted our soup or borscht, but no, they don’t cook this there. Soup they call our usual horn or gravy for pasta. In short, there are no soups. Who, like me, lacks this... the only salvation... there is oatmeal soup (white - as I understand it, a decoction of oatmeal, where they threw a couple of peas and carrots), but this is the only thing that, in my opinion, you can eat instead of soup, and most importantly it's edible.
One day, mashed potatoes were served for dinner... The queue was like in the Mausoleum, the cooks did not have time to bring the supplement. The hotel is 70% Russian and there is absolutely no food acceptable to our stomach, such as at home (first courses, mashed potatoes, sour cream, kefir). We can say that all this can be eaten at home, and there, what they give, but we were dying to have homemade borscht or soup, okroshka, and not only us. The animators are just great. And morning exercises, and games by the pool, darts, archery, air pistol, all with humor, jokes, and in the evening... what they did at the concert - performances, competitions, dances... In short, I give animation a rating of 10... out of 10 system. Well done. Great costumes, script and everything else. The animation speaks different languages, with a funny accent, both Russian and German. But the security of the hotel is lousy. Firstly, what they do is not clear, well, except for the fact that they make sure that food is not taken out of the dining room. We had a funny incident. Everyone knows perfectly well that on vacation you can do a lot, but so that others do not create problems. There is a lot of alcohol in the hotel, which means that many people are fond of it and not only of it... in the evenings, the husband dispersed flocks of lovers of female attention from the lobby of the building after 2 nights, because. They didn’t let me sleep… And on the last night, from 2 to 3 a. m. , someone arranged a seminar on the transfer of sexual experience to young Turks in the hall of the building on a bench… for several hours with the appropriate sound accompaniment – ​ ​ screams, screams, ohami-ahami the whole building I listened (and the children too) the walls are thin, you can hear everything, but there is no security. Good people, we all do this, but not like the dogs in the corridor on the bench. The beach is wonderful. You will not litter, it will be clean. The beach is sandy, there are some pebbles near the water. There were enough sun loungers for everyone, mattresses - come before ten. Mattresses and towels are free. There is a bar on the beach where you can have a snack and refresh yourself... local delicious lemonade, juices from vending machines like "Jupi", Fanta, Pepsi, Sprite, the only natural juice is tomato, but everyone drinks it and it ends quickly, yogurt is nasty swill, there is local alcoholic drinks and Russian vodka.

Almost any excursion within 65 dollars per person. Personally, we only went on a shopping tour, it is free (a tip is required). But people who went on safari and sailed on a yacht are not happy. “The yacht is an old vessel... smelling eerily... Not pleasant... But the safari was unsuccessful..... on the way, some car spilled fuel oil. A guide with tourists on ATVs drove along such a road and, as you understand, they were not in the best shape, everything was in fuel oil. Then they washed with gasoline and bleach. They spoiled the clothes... The representatives of the company first said that everything was fine....But when they realized that it smelled of kerosene, they began to scrub would-be tourists. ATVs are old and often broke down. The hotel is far from the tourist routes, so the prices are high from the official tour operators who are in the hotel. I don’t advise local ones to look for travel agencies “behind the fence”, they are not controlled by the state in this area, and therefore they look more like crooks, they will deceive you and they won’t give you money back. Take a chance if you want.
Personally, we visited the spa. We got a lot of positive emotions from massage - anti-stress. The pleasure costs 65 dollars for the 1st, but it's worth it. I got a lot of pleasure, we were massaged by a Balinese woman. So small, but smart, her hands are on fire.
If you are satisfied with an inexpensive vacation, without leaving the hotel with good food, beautiful rooms and excellent animation, the sea and pools, you are here. The hotel is good and for the money that we gave is fully consistent. Located in a protected area. Nature is beautiful.
