Hotel: The staff is friendly, but only receptionists and some managers know English. The food selection is large and almost all delicious. There is a lot of meat, delicious sweets, from fruits every day watermelons, melons, peaches, plums, grapes, cherries, apples.
The choice of drinks is not great, instead of juices, diluted Yuppies and alcohol are not varied, but everything is enough. Wine only dry, beer normal. So you don't have to bring anything with you. The mini bar is replenished free of charge every day (fanta, cola, sprite and water).
The sea is warm, there are a lot of sun loungers on the beach and around the pools - there are no queues, there is enough for everyone. Water sports on the beach near the hotel are paid (canoes are free). Water bike 15 minutes $40.20 minutes $50. Boat 20 minutes 60 $. Parachute $40 for two. The road to the beach is beautiful and not long (about 5 minutes on foot), but the tractor-bus ik carries all day long. Medical insurance: On the second day in the morning I seriously injured my leg. They called the insurance company from the lobby - they sent me to the hotel doctor. He does not understand Russian or English. In the ambulance, where they take him for free, they took an x-ray. There are no fractures or cracks. But the bruise caused a lot of trouble - for the next 3 days, pain, a bandage and the inability to walk. There are few joys. But on the last day of rest, she was still able to walk. We even went to the disco. So be careful with your health.
The hotel is only for families with children. Young people who want to actively relax and hang out have absolutely nothing to do there. Everything is designed for a relaxing holiday, where the animators will take care of the children (who, believe me, have a lot of fun there), and the parents will rest from the hustle and bustle.
And the last. Guides Tess Tur. To be honest, very disappointed. No care was taken in the incident with the leg. We called and did everything ourselves. At that time, we managed to pay for one excursion to Turkish baths with peeling and massage. No one wanted to return the money to us with arguments (cancellation takes place no later than 24 hours, otherwise it can only be transferred to any day). And this, despite the fact that I could not walk at all and moved on the hands and back of the groom. We postponed this excursion to the penultimate day. Until that moment, the guides had never asked about the state of health. There is not much to do at the information meeting. There they only talk about excursions (each of which, according to them, is amazing and magnificent). Rates are expensive. In general, the cost of excursions per person is from $30 to $430. The conversation with the guide on the last evening turned out to be amazingly funny. She heard that we were going to buy sweets in a shop on the territory of the hotel, and she convinced us that they would take you to the factory before departure, where you would buy everything fresh and much cheaper. By the way, at the hotel, a box of sweets cost $2, and gift soap $1. We believed. At the factory, soap costs $2.50, and boxes of sweets are the smallest and cheapest 5 euros, and those in the hotel are 8 euros. It is disgusting that the guides, instead of their main role - to help vacationers, only seek to cash in on them.
In general, the holiday was a success. The weather is amazing, the sea is warm, there is enough of everything, the hotel is ideal for a relaxing holiday and holidays with children. The service is super. Animation well done.
