After reading the reviews, I decided to write anyway. I rested from 08/12/07 to 08/26/07 with my granddaughter 7 years old. They settled immediately, but on the first floor, it upset me a little and I decided to compete for the upper floors. The host GTI guide (Victoria) advised me to contact the hotel representative and "roll a barrel on them", which I did. The dressing was done by the doctor (young man) very well.
