I would like to share some experience, which I hope will be useful for future visitors to the hotel. Just got back, so it's fresh in my mind. Listing the cons of the hotel, I would like to note the following: 1. The problem with towels. The situation is such that they are issued only at the main pool. Due to the fact that you have to walk a certain distance to the sea, you have to constantly carry it with you. There is no way to change a wet towel on the beach, plus from 12.00 to 14.00 there is a break and towels are not exchanged, i. e. just when the majority of people return to their rooms in the heat or for lunch - you cannot give towels and take it with you to the restaurant.... very uncomfortable, let me tell you.... 2. The beach gives the impression of not well maintained. It seems that they go to clean something, but there is a lot of garbage on the sand, and quite noticeable.... The sunbeds are washed from above, but it’s worth looking under the bottom to, for example, adjust the height of the backrest and you will stumble upon layers of dust and dirt.... which is not very pleasant. 3. Smoking on the beach. I understand that this is not a problem for everyone, but for those who do not smoke, it is not very pleasant to inhale smoke, plus the bulk of Russians throw cigarette butts where they themselves lie. Beaches usually have designated smoking areas. 4. The food, in principle, is quite good, but not so varied, the same dishes are duplicated on a number of tables. If you come at the beginning, then the tables are clean and there are enough dishes, but if closer to the middle or towards the end, you will find empty trays that are not always in a hurry to fill again and dirty tables. The waiters do not always have time to serve clean cutlery and wipe the tables. Late dinner at 23.30 one name. . . would not have done at all. There is one greens, a little cheese, bread.... Those who like to eat at a late hour have nothing to please themselves with. 4. The trailer driver is defiantly indifferent to vacationers. Sometimes it stands and stuffs it so that it resembles our buses in terms of the number of people at peak times. I was very surprised by the situation when, in the very heat after 12.00, people waited and waited for him, and then they told everyone that he was at dinner. T. e. one gets the impression that they don’t really care about vacationers. 5. Room cleaning. The first days are good, later not so much. They don’t report shampoos, balms (somehow they didn’t leave a single one at all, they probably “forgot” they made a remark at the reception, then they brought it), the cap from the tube fell, lay on the floor in a conspicuous place, no one removed it until they themselves threw it out a few days later . In the middle of a vacation on the beach, a survey was conducted among Russians on a number of issues, when they put all the minuses in cleaning, the respondents were completely surprised and after that they promised that the room would be cleaned well. The promise was fulfilled. . . there were no comments afterwards. The inside of the hotel, where the buildings are painfully green and cozy, the beach side is deserted and not very well maintained. In general, the hotel staff is smiling and pleasant. Cafes in the garden are cozy. Live music is quite nice. Animation shows are not at the highest level, for 9 days the show was repeated several times, often of the same type. Only a few are remembered. . . Comparing with hotels of a higher level, you understand that 5 * is a bit high, but 4 * is rather closer. I described only the biggest remarks on my part, in general, it is always good to rest and the overall impression is good, but I don’t plan to come to this hotel again. Yes, and I think that it is always important to know what cons you may encounter in order to be ready, and the pros are the sun, the sea and a positive mood. Have a nice rest!
