Rested at Crystal Paraiso Verde Resort from 21 to 29 July. We settled without waiting for 14-00, and we arrived at the hotel at 11-00. True, they met us at the reception with such faces, like we owe something... they dragged on for a very long time with the issuance of cards and putting on handcuffs. My husband had a birthday on the day of arrival, he was not even congratulated. The room is modest, it feels like you are in 3 stars, everything is very old. The hotel is on the outskirts. There are a lot of people, and there are only 2 pools, one large, where you can’t push through, the places are all busy from morning to evening. We went to the far pool, it’s very calm there and they don’t let children go there, and there are always places. I liked the bar on the sea, but the beach is not very well maintained, dirty. The entrance to the sea is bad, the sea is very dirty. I was very tired of the heat in the main restaurant and in the lobby, the air conditioners did not work. It seems to have WI-Fi, but it is not....4 days did not work at all, and the rest of the time I "tried" to work. There is NO service at the hotel at all. When you try to contact the staff, they seem to not see you. Tables in the restaurant are not cleaned, and when they finally clean the dishes, you won’t ask for cutlery. You can forget about drinks in general, that in the main restaurant, in the lobby, they won’t fit, they won’t take an order, as is customary in 5 stars. The only thing we were very lucky with was the girl who cleaned the room, no complaints, she worked very well. I was even surprised that she knew several languages ​ ​ and cleaned without a tip (we left her a tip on the last day). The food is good. Good SPA center. We went to Turkey for service but didn't get it.
