I stayed at this hotel with my husband and 5 year old son. We go to Turkey every year, for many years already, there is something to compare with. Unsanitary conditions are everywhere. The main restaurant on the floor, tables - dirt. staff, without gloves, sometimes without masks, long queues for food, little food, a million people, pouring food with a disgruntled face. There is no children's menu, no juices, no mojitos, no coffee, no champagne, and this is 5*!! ! There are not enough sun loungers on the beach, dirty plates, glasses in the sand, bars near the pools do not have time to serve, there are not many standard drinks. Pools stink of iodine. The service is terrible, the animators are terrible, no one ever said hello. There is nothing for children. Constantly there is no light, the air conditioner did not work in the room and we asked for 2 hours to fix it. The whole green area is crammed with sunbeds. It is immediately clear that there is no management, the staff is rude! The crappiest hotel ever! God forbid to go here!
