We rested with a small child, the negative associated with the organization of room cleaning crossed out all the positive aspects of this hotel. They asked to clean in our absence - when we are on the beach in the morning or after dinner, since the child needs to sleep - they were left without cleaning at all. Complained at the reception and guest relation - useless, the feeling that the cleaners themselves are in charge of the process. She even wrote a complaint addressed to Gen. Directors - the result is the same. As a result, we have been living for the 7th day in fine sand and constantly reminding us of the need to change towels and remove garbage from the room. The cleaners do not respond to comments not to speak loudly when the child is sleeping, shorter than bar zero. A conversation with the manager of these cleaners also turned out to be fruitless. I don’t advise anyone to go with children, of course I myself will never choose this hotel again and I advise everyone I know not to. I think that if the hotel positions itself as 5 * - such ill-mannered staff is unacceptable. I will seek compensation for moral damage through the agency.
