The hotel is very beautiful at first glance. Delicious food, great beach, lots of pools. There is a children's amphitheater. And now about the cons, the service is lame, the staff does not respond to all comments, just through their fingers, it is not safe in the children's building, on the second floor there are railings through which a child can fall and often children are there unattended. There are many restaurants on the territory of the hotel and one of them is round-the-clock, very noisy, every other day drunk people yell, then women from Kazakhstan almost got into a fight, then from Russia they laughed until the morning, the guards don’t disperse them, this is a huge minus! . We had an evening flight and they agreed to extend our room only for a lot of money and then somewhere under the roof, we had to move with the child to spend a couple of hours there. And the most unpleasant thing is that my husband lost his wallet with money and rights. No matter how much we sought, the answer was one camera looked, nothing was found. Bad experience, won't be back!
