We were in Gloria Serenity in August 2007, the hotel was unpleasantly surprised by the low level of service !! ! For example, our rooms were cleaned at best in the evening, there was a situation when we were not cleaned for three days, only after repeated calls to the reception they were cleaned. In restaurants, waiters suffer from memory lapses, they take an order and forget about it, after repeated reminders, they still fulfill the order. In the evenings, there are no entertainments in the hotel, there is no animation at all! arrange spontaneous noisy games in the corridors, so you can only dream of sleeping. In the evening, all drinks are paid, when leaving, tourists have to pay huge bills, sometimes for something they didn’t order. At the SPA center they try to deceive tourists, we were witnesses when vacationers were able to prove that they weren't massaged, but the staff is "always right" and the police were called to intimidate the intractable tourists. Very expensive and stupid hotel!
