With the opening of the borders with Turkey, I want to share information about our "vacation" and warn Russian tourists from traveling there. Not only that, even in an almost empty hotel, we were first given a room with a view of the boiler room of a neighboring hotel and the corresponding noise from it (a standard story for Turkey in general), but later the hotel management, as well as its employees, generally spoiled the whole holiday of Russian tourists, leading being extremely dishonorable towards them.
We were in this hotel from March 14 to March 22, when all this coronation began. I must say that since March 16, not a single new guest has arrived at the hotel. But the hotel management already on March 18, when they saw off all foreigners with hugs and kisses on the gums, decided that they could not stand on ceremony with the Russians and on the sly, quietly, without warning any of the guests, closed all spas, swimming pools, animation, children's rooms. Maybe they won't even notice! And it's in March! When the sea is cold and people come there for the spa! No apology, compensation for the services we did not receive was offered, referring in a rude manner to an imaginary "force majeure".
The narrow-minded manager Julia (a small woman with long black hair) immediately sent us to contact the tour operator, then the travel agency (in fact, sent to ----), although it is obvious that the only issue was the decision of the hotel management to close everything! They didn’t let us talk to the management, they just threw us. Julia also began to “keep her distance” from us)) which looked extremely ridiculous, she assured us that all this was being done “for our own health”. Those. the spa they closed at one point "for our health". The bathhouse, where viruses, on the contrary, die, was closed. That's normal logic.

And yet the moronic rules of this hotel - children are not allowed into the bathhouse at all! Also for their own "health". Those. freezing in the cold pool in March, in the area where the doors are through, children can, but you can’t warm up in the bath! This is a form of mockery and stupidity of the highest degree. By the way, children under 12 years old (!!! ) are also not allowed to swim in the sea water pool. Apparently, also "for their own health. " A very strange policy of the hotel management, and not "kids friendly" at all.
At the end of our stay there (we had one night left), there were already only 4 families in the hotel and everything until March 22-23, another “kick in the ass” was waiting for us. We had breakfast in the morning, nothing foreshadowed, as they say, in the afternoon we go to the beach - the manager stops my mother and tells us to pack quickly, in an hour the car leaves for another hotel (like we have to go to another hotel! ), otherwise you will be left here alone , there will be no one in the hotel, all the staff have already dumped! Do not have time to get together - your problems! They stole from us the whole day of rest for the move, nerves... then it turned out that only 3 families were moved, the 4th with the children slept in the room and did not know anything!
The funny thing is that at the Rixos hotel where we were transferred, and which was a 2-minute drive from Gloria Verde, they did not hear anything about the virus! All spas were open! The animation was working with might and main, the children's center was working, the pools, including the open ones, were working. Baths, saunas too. And the children could safely go to the sauna. Those are the double standards.
In general, we will NEVER go to this hotel and others from the same series (Serenity, Golf) and we DO NOT advise you. For there is a completely bestial attitude towards the Russians.
