The advantage of the "Green Max Hotel" is still a large green area, and not food, as many write in the reviews. The area is really amazing! Huge pine and eucalyptus trees, many flowering shrubs, orange, lemon trees, manicured lawns, flower beds and palm alleys, in general, walking with a child is a pleasure! If you come with a baby, then you can easily find many paths to take a stroll with a stroller. Of course, the chirping of cicadas is still a pleasure for the ears, but in the evening they are not heard.
Of the minuses, since many have written about the pros before:
- soundproofing in the rooms: none at all. Therefore, if you are unlucky with your neighbors, then the audibility is 100%, noisy.
- the state of plumbing in the rooms (faucets, showers, showers) - everything needs to be repaired, or rather changed unambiguously;

- housekeeping: bad! Vacuumed somehow, changed towels (the number is always different) and put cosmetics (how much the maid wanted). Everything! And wash the fungus in the soul? And the sinks, the toilet bowl, at least for the sake of appearances, should be cleaned with something detergent? What about surfaces (tables, cabinets)? Garbage can be thrown from one bucket from another no. The balcony was never visited to clean. Tipping did not save))
As for me, it’s better to be fed more modestly, but the cleanliness of the room should be perfect if the hotel is still 5 *. Especially if the hotel management wants families with children to visit them. But this is the most reliable category of tourists - once you come, you like it, you come back again and again;
- beach cleaning: the sand is not sifted, so sometimes garbage comes across;
- beach towels: well, very washed out, incomprehensible color;
- although the gardeners are great hard workers and good fellows, it is advisable to cut the lawns not during the lunch time of the children (12.00-15.00), but better in the morning, when everyone is on the beach or after 16.00. The lawn mower and cicadas, in the absence of soundproofing in the rooms, create the impression of an infernal cacophony)));
- it is very stuffy in the halls on the floors of the main building, there is no ventilation or it is not turned on;
- if you chose a room in the main building, then except for the rooms with terraces, all the rest with "French" balconies are tiny in size. As compensation, a beautiful view of the sea, if you're lucky));
- a paid tennis court in the top five is redneck, definitely! We arrived with our own equipment, according to the stated description, the courts were free, but in fact they were not;
- "mini-club": urgently replace the flooring and sofas, adjust the air conditioning, fix the cornices and update the toys! Everything is so exhausted, old and miserable (((And we need to get out better!
The food in the general restaurant will seem rather modest, for those who rested in good, real fives: no salmon with avocado, no boiled pork on a spit from the chef, no meat on the bone on the grill))). But you will not stay hungry: very simple, tasty, no frills, albeit monotonous.

The children's menu in the area of children's tables is clearly not designed for a healthy diet for kids: sausages, wings, fries, cream desserts. But there is a general good diet table: boiled / steamed meat / fish, vegetables: carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, rice, mashed potatoes. I won’t tell you about dairy products, as they didn’t catch my eye, we don’t eat them.
Juices are not natural, from the machine. Turkish coffee only in bars, in the restaurant - Nescafe. There are a lot of fruits, good, ripe, without queues)) : plums, apples, watermelons, melons, bananas, oranges, peaches, apricots, white and blue grapes. Very tasty pastries, lots of fresh vegetable salads.
We booked a standard room, but upon arrival we were given a superior in the Zeus building, absolutely free, maybe just lucky. The woman on the beach said that they (a couple with a small child) had to pay 50€ extra for moving from the standard to the bungalow...
Considering that we bought a tour for a promotion, the price just corresponds to the quality of the hotel services.
If you want to relax with the whole family, and the budget of the planned vacation is small, and if you want a hotel in Belek, with a large green area, a sandy and pebbly large beach, for the price of a four, then "Yes", definitely. But at full price, there are much better options. . .
P. S. On the last evening before departure, a lot of people stopped by and chaos began in the restaurant: lack of tables, crowding, an unpleasant atmosphere of fuss. The restaurant is clearly not designed for the full settlement of the hotel. Yes, and the food somehow abruptly became very primitive, either the hotel is trying to survive and save money, or it will do with full occupancy; )
In general, such an economy option in Belek with a beautiful area and a beach)))
